NOTCE

U.S. Code Title 18, section § 1341 “ CHAPTER 63- MAIL FRAUD”. Frauds and
swindles “ STATES, “ whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or
artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent
pretenses, representation, or promises, or sell, dispose of, load, exchange, alter, give
away, distribute, or promises, or furnish, or procure for unlawful use any counterfeit or
spurious coin, Obligation, security, or other article, or anything represented to be or
intimated or held out to be such counterfeit or spurious article, for the purpose of
executing such scheme or artifice or attempting to do so, places in any post office box or
authorized depository for mail matter, any matter or thing whatever to be sent or
delivered by the Postal Service, or deposits or causes to be deposited any matter or thing
whatever to be sent or delivered by any private of commercial interstate carrier, or takes
or receives there from, any such matter or thing, or knowingly causes to be delivered by
mail or such carrier according to the direction thereon, or at the place at which it is
directed to be delivered by the person to whom it is addressed, any such matter or thing,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. If the
violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than
$1,000,000.00 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both”.

U.S. Code, Title 18, section § 1342 “Fictitious name or address” states “Whoever,
For the purpose of conducting, promoting, or carrying on by means of the Postal Service,
any scheme or device mentioned in section 1342 of this title or any other unlawful
business of assumes, or requests to be addressed by, any fictitious, false, unlawful
business or assumes, or requests to be addressed by, any fictitious, false, or assumed title,
name or address or name other than his own proper name, or takes or receives from any
post office of authorized depository of mail matter, any letter, postal card, package, or
other mail matter addressed to any such fictitious, false, or assumed title, name, or

Notice that his “proper name” is spelled using lower-case letters. Any other “name” is
NOT “proper”, is fictitious, false, or assumed and is a violation of the LAW.

THOMAS J. SQUIREK© does not identify my body nor is it my name. It is fictitious,

false or assumed name created by U.S.A., Inc, U.S., and The Court, Inc.
Thomas John Squirek, will not receive or answer to any such fictitious volatile mail
matter, with name spelled any other way. Again, it is a violation of the law.

The proper mail location for Thomas John Squirek is NOT a fictitious, false, or assumed,
non-existent two-letter abbreviation or numbered area as in “NC”.
The proper mail location or designation that is to be used for Thomas John Squirek, or
“proper mail location”(or posted letter location) is, in care of PO Box 5572 Greensboro,
North Carolina (spelled fully out in lower case letters) using no zone numbers.

Thoams John Squirek agrees to receive and accept mail so designated and delivered.

Any “mail matter “ designated other wise is a false, fictitious or assumed address, and is a
clear violation of Title 18 USCS & 1341 1342, AND IS A PROSECUTABLE THERE
UNDER.
