Team work
Fostering an environment of mutual cooperation is important to achieving
organisational goals. Teamwork is important to the overall growth of the company as
it catalyses the speed of employees completing their mission , it enhances the
quality of work of employees and improves relationship between staff.Overall team
work training is the base that decides a company would be sustainable in long term.
Therefore, priority should be given to open teamwork training activities.

Customer care
Ensuring the satisfaction of customers is important to the reputation of the company
and business extended.(KU)Therefore training in customer care should be a high
priority as it focuses on developing effective communication skills and
problem-solving abilities. (A) I suggest we can organises customer care event for
staff.This kind of classes should be rule by staff that have pently experienced thus
let staff to absorb their diverse experience to help the overall growth of company.(R)

Less important event:

Company rules such as dress code and attendance
Company rules such as dress code and attendence can ensure the unity property of
the company and increase the chance of staff to meet their mission. However they
should not be prioritised as this kind of instruction for adults(delete here) is easy to
understand and meet for adults. We should spend our company resources on other
events priorities. I suggest we can send an email, give new staff a hand copy and let
the manager of each department notify staff about the rules of the company to
staff(delete here) thus reducing cost.

Conclusion
Overall we should prioritise organising teamwork and customer care events . If my
suggestion is (had been) implemented ,I believe our company would be on the right

I'm going to tell you my experienced about the festival.

The food festival consists of 100 different booths that sell their most popular food
that represents their country. The venue is crowded. I can feel many people are
happy and satisfied with the food from their smile.Overall the atmosphere is really
good and I don't want to leave until they close!

At the festival I try plenty of different foods . The food that most impressed me is
fried insects. I have never tried insects in my whole life.I thought it was a good
opportunity to try some new thing so I bought it. I would say the taste is different
than what I think. The texture is simliar to chicken breast.

In general,i am satisfied to the festival and I think we should go together next year.

120 it is also far higher than the other 2 options. Overall by considering that our
company have(has) a higher percentage of women and the cost is far higher than
our budget, this Activity organise by them(delete) would not be our first option

City of Edinburg Treasure Hunt

The event of Edinburg Treasure Hunt is to find and photograph by using items. The
cost is 25 dollars per person. The distance away from Glasgow is 52 miles.
Overall this is a good option for team building events as the price is low compared to
others.In addition, this activity does not really require physical condition and is not
competitive. By considering the age group this event should be a high priority.

Craiglongton Castle, Ayrshire

The event organised by Craiglongton Castle, Ayrshire is a karaoke competition.The
distance away from Glasgow is 27 miles.The cost per person is 38 dollars.Even
though his venue is nearest to Glasgow and the cost are suit to our budget.By
consider not all staff like karaoke and some people are not good at singing, this
event should not be a high priority.

In conclusion, we should prioritise City of Edinburg Treasure Hunt.I suggest we

should book 2 months before our team - building event to avoid the situation of it
being fully-booked. If my suggestion had been implemented ,I believe most of the
staff will satisfie to the company plain.

In the UK, a significant portion of students choose to pursue higher education while
residing with their families. This essay examines the advantages and disadvantages
of this decision.

Advantages:
Studying at college or university while living at home in the UK offers notable
advantages.Firstly, living at home can reduce the financial burden of the student's
family.In addition, for students they also can put more time on focusing their study
as they don't need to cook by themseleves. ,
Futhermore, studying in a familiar environment can offer students less anxiety and
more concentration on study thus improving learning quality.

Additionally, the support and encouragement of family is also important to the

overall growth of students. There is a survey from Oxford university indicating that
students who study abroad have a higher percentage of mental health issues .Thus it
shows the support of family is essential.

Disadvantages:
Some students lack basic life skills such as cooking basic food, washing their
clothes and clearing by themselves.Partly this is due to the fact that they don't have
independent living experience.

In addition, social skills are important to our life. Good social skills can make your life
easier whether at work or study. However many students who live at home don't have
too much social life. College or University is different from secondary school. As
people grow up many people don't like to be too socialable as their life is tired and
they don't have spare time to do that .Living at home further diminishes their
opportunity to meet new people.

In conclusion, studying at college or university while living at home in the UK reduced

the economic burden of the family , reduced commuting time, and valuable family
support. However, it may hinder independence and limit social opportunities for
students.

The reason why I say the park has really bad conditions is because they are
neglected by the city council.Firstly, the equipment of the playground of the park is
dirty. The hygiene conditions are totally bad. In addition, the playground lacks
maintenance, many pieces of equipment are broken and there is a safety risk.
This factor is exerbrated the concern of parents to their children.

Furthermore the park is big but lacks benches for rest and the facilities of the
playground are too less.As a responsible parent and resident of the community I
suggest city council can introduce more park facilities such as benches to benefit
people.

If my suggestion had been implemented I believe there would have been different
groups of people getting benefits from it such as the elderly,children and parents.
Children would benefit because they have a better and funnier place to play.
