ROXANNE: I am Roxanne P. Jacinto.
BHADZ: And I am Raymundo G. Agonoy Jr.
BOTH: Your hosts for this evening, Search for Binibining Dagupan 2023.
ROXANNE: To start the program, let us all rise for the invocation to lead by Ms. Hannah O.
Ricomano. This will be followed the singing of the Philippine National Anthem conducted by
Ma’am Irene O. Novesteras.
BHADZ: Thank you! You may now all be seated. To formally start our program, may we call
on stage our very own and supportive Barangay Captain Hon. Joseph B. Juliano, for the
welcome address.
ROXANNE: Thank you so much Captain for your very welcoming address Hon. Joseph B.
Juliano. And now let’s proceed to the introduction of the GUEST SPEAKER, let as all welcome
the energetic and beautiful SK Chairman, Miss. Jesica M. Gamay.

BHADZ: At this moment, once again may we call on stage our Barangay Captain, Hon. Joseph
B. Juliano, SK Chairman, Miss. Jesica M. Gamay together with the Director General, Mr.
Febrian P. Bico for the presentation of Token and Certificate to the Guest Speaker.

BHADZ: I know that everyone is excited to see our 7 Binibini’s and I can feel the tension of
the audience right now.
ROXANNE: Me too. Okay! I know that everyone is excited for this evening Search for
BINIBINING DAGUPAN 2023.
BHADZ: That’s right partner. But before that, let’s have roll call for the supporters of our
lovely Binibini’s.
ROXANNE: Yes partner. Where are the supporters of Binibini Number 1?

witness our 7 Binibini’s.
Before we proceed to the competition of 7 Binibini’s, may we all witness first the Champion

VOICEOVER: Live here at the Gymnasium Barangay Dagupan, Aglipay, Quirno. Welcome to
the coronation night of BINIBINING DAGUPAN 2023. And here are the seven lovely and
dashing Binibini’s in their Production Number.
VOICEOVER:
ROXANNE: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the 2023 Search for
BINIBINING DAGUPAN. What a fantastic opening it was Sir. Bhadz and what a great group of
gorgeous Binibini’s.
BHADZ: That’s right Ma’am Roxanne. We’re looking forward to an exciting evening, which
will culminate with the announcement of the newest BINIBINING DAGUPAN 2023, as they
will serve as the role models for the youths here at Brgy. Dagupan also has a chance to
compete in the Mutya Ng Aglipay, they should be well spoken, talented, beautiful and of
course intelligent.
ROXANNE: It sure is a tough fight between the seven beautiful Binibini’s. Tonight, it will be a
parade of talent, poise, grace, beauty and the most important factor, wit. After all, it’s
beauty that captures your attention but personality that captures your heart.
BHADZ: Tonight, you will see the contestants compete in their casual attire, professional
attire, creative attire and long gown. They will also have to undergo the very daunting Q & A
portion to win the Crown of BINIBINING DAGUPAN 2023.

ROXANNE: This time we would like to welcome the ever magnanimous and dedicated
Director General of this event let us give a round of applause to Mr. Febrian P. Bico for the
Introduction of the Board of Judges.
BHADZ: And now, may we call on stage the Chairman of the Board of Judges to read the
Criteria for Judging of BINIBINING DAGUPAN 2023.
ROXANNE: Thank you ma’am/sir. I’m sure they are all getting tense at this point. I for sure
would be tense if I were in their position. Since we are looking for the best Binibini to
represent for the Mutya Ng Aglipay, our binibini’s will have to go through a very selective
judging process this evening. They will be judged according to the said criteria.

coveted position of Binibining Dagupan 2023. And what a tough choice it is! And our board
of judges will of course use their expertise to single out the best woman for the title of
Binibining Dagupan 2023.
ROXANNE: Wooh! I can really feel the tension building up. (Ask audience: Are you all getting
excited?) But of course, Sir. Bhadz aside from the judges, the audience will also have a big
participation in tonights competition. I am sure they will shout their voices hoarse cheering
for their bets.
BHADZ: This time let us hear it from the supporters of Purok1…………
ROXANNE: Yes. I am sure the audience is as tense as our Binibini’s backstage. Let us not
prolong the wait, Sir. Bhadz.
BHADZ: I am already very excited ma’am Roxanne. I think everyone is eagerly waiting to see
our seven lovely binibini’s once again. And I think they are now all ready.
BOTH: Ladies and gentlemen, let us all welcome once again our seven Binibini’s in their
Casual Attire.
ROXANNE: Thank you so much my dear lovely binibini’s. Please remain on stage because at
this point, we shall be giving away the second set of awards for tonight’s competition.
BHADZ: We have 6 special awards to give away. Let us start with Miss. CONGENIALITY.
ROXANNE: Miss Congeniality is awarded to the friendliest and most accommodating
candidate of the group. The candidates were given the chance to vote among themselves for
who they think deserves to win the award.

ROXANNE: And our Best In Casual Attire is Binibini no. ____ (Name).
BHADZ: Congratulation Binibini’s. In the morning same date May 2, 2023, before coronation
night, the binibini’s had their Sports Attire and Talent competition for their Pre-pageant here
at the Gymnasium where they showcased different exhibition of their sports attire also, they
showcase their unique talents. Among our binibini’s stood out from the rest during those
events which made them the most deserving to be awarded the Best In Sports Attire and
Best In Talent.
BHADZ: Let us start with the Best in Sports Attire.
ROXANNE: Our binibini Best in Sports Attire is no other than, Binibini no. ____ (Name).
BHADZ: And our next award is the Best in Talent. Our best in talent is Binibini no. ____
(Name).
ROXANNE: The next special award we are going to give away goes to the binibini with the
best poses and most beautiful register in the camera of our official photography partner Mr.
Rusell Abad. One of our Binibini’s preliminary activities is their photo shoot held last April
08, 2023 at Dagupan Impounding also known as Dam where they posed and smiled in their
Goddess Attires.
BHADZ: And our Miss Photogenic is Binibini no. ____ (Name).
ROXANNE: Congratulation. As I mentioned a while ago, the judges are not the only ones
having their bets for tonight but specially the candidates’ supporters and the audience
members themselves.
BHADZ: That’s right Ma’am Roxanne. We had an online voting via Brgy. Dagupan Official
Facebook Page where the supporters of our binibini’s liked their photos to show their
support.
ROXANNE: Yes! Sir Bhadz. We tallied the binibini’s Facabook likes to determine our Social
Media Darling.
BHADZ: That’s right partner. And our social media darling is no other than binibini no. ____

Long Gown Competition. Long Gown Competition is the opportunity of each binibini to show
on the judges their grace, style and poise.
ROXANNE: Now a days, pageant evening gowns are one of the most iconic parts of
pageantry, 7 lovely candidates compete in their different styles of gowns how they walk and
how elegant they are.
