PROJECTOR

A projector or image projector is

an optical device that projects an image
(or moving images) onto a surface,
commonly a projection screen.

such as images and videos on to a
surface, most commonly wall-
mounted screens.

How big is the room?

Short Throw Projectors – will be able to display a large
image while being positioned quite close to the screen or
wall you intend to project onto and. They can project
from as close as 0.5m and as far as 3.5m, and is ideal for
small spaces.
Long Throw Projectors – can project large images
from up to 15m away from the screen or wall. Making it a
suitable option for large spaces and parties.
“How bright do I want the image to be in the
room?”
LUMENS
As technical as lumens sound, it actually refers to the
brightness of the image projected. The higher the
number, the brighter the image!
Small classroom with lights – 3000 lumens at
least and above

Big conference room with lights – 8,000

lumens to 12,000 lumens depending on room size

The projectors we carry have a minimum count of

3000 lumens!
Display Technology
LCD stands for Liquid Crystal Display and this ensures zero
flickering. It also offers good colour reproduction.

DLP or Digital Light Processing ensures smooth video display and

also offers vivid colours. Projectors, built following this technology are
compact in size and these are quite strong against dust.

LED Light Emitting Diode is a technology that is not used quite

frequently while manufacturing a projector. However, handheld
projectors are often designed using LEDs or lasers. LED projectors
usually have very long life and these, too, ensure zero flickering.

Slide Transitions

A slide transition is the visual effect that

occurs when you move from one slide to
the next during a presentation.

You can control the speed, add sound, and

customize the look of transition effects.

When referring to video or a slide, a transition is a

visual effect that happens between each photo, slide, or
video clip. For example, a fade transition can fade in or
out of each picture in a slide show.
Hyperlink

Hyperlinks in PowerPoint are similar to links

you might have seen on a web site. They
allow you to jump back and forth between
specific slides in your presentation, to movie
files that don't work on PowerPoint slides, to
other files, or to a webpage (if you are
connected to the Internet)

Smart TV and Android TV are
inclusive relationships,
meanwhile, Android TV has
almost all the functions of smart
TV but with the Android
operating system powered by
Google. Some TV manufacturers
also have their own built-in
operating system when
launching smart TV.
Casting

Connect your device to the same Wi-Fi network

as your Android TV.t

When you are casting to tv, you are sending

content from your mobile device or PC to
your big screen television.
Mirroring

 The Screen mirroring function is one of the methods to

display the screen of a mobile device on the TV to view
photos, videos or websites
 The function uses Miracast technology to display the
screen of a compatible device on the TV without a wireless
router.
 Miracast allows users to wirelessly share multimedia,
including high-resolution pictures and high-definition (HD)
video content between Wi-Fi devices, even if a Wi-Fi
network is not available. Miracast: Projects content from
mobile devices to automobile infotainment systems.

ARC (Audio Return Channel) is a special

function of HDMI high-speed certified cables
via which the sound can also be sent back to
the transmitter
Wired

HDMI-ARC (Audio Return Channel) can send and receive

audio through a single HDMI cable. This means, you
can have your Blu-ray players, set-top box, gaming
consoles connected to your TV which will then channel all
the audio outputs to the HDMI-ARC connected sound bar
or home theatre system.
