    AFFIDAVIT

    I, AMIT KUMAR S/O SH. MUNESH KUMAR R/O G-123,


    JAGATPURI, NEAR SHIV MANDIR, DELHI-110051, do hereby solemnly
    affirm and declare as under:-

    1. That I am the decree holder in the present execution and well


    conversant with the facts and circumstances of the same and able to
    depose the same and competent to swear this affidavit.

    2. That the deponent states that no appeal against the


    Judgment/final order dated 24-04-2018 (passed by the Hon’ble
    court of Sh. Sudhir Kumar Sirohi, Ld. ACJ-CCJ-ARC(Shahdara)
    Karkardooma Courts, Delhi) is pending before any court of law. In
    the knowledge and belief of the Judgment debtor, neither appeal
    against the above said order is filed by the JD till date, nor any
    summon from any court of law is received by the DH in respect of
    the appeal/challenge against the said order.
    3. That as per direction of the Hon’ble Court, the deponent had already
    deposited the subsistence allowance in the Hon’ble Court for taking
    the JD in Judicial custody t on 29-03-2019.

    4. This affidavit has been drafted by my counsel under my instructions


    and the content of the same has been read over me in vernacular and
    have understood by me and the same are true and correct and may
    kindly be read as part herein as though therein and no part of the same
    is false and nothing material has been concealed therefrom.

    VERIFICATION:-
    Verified at New Delhi on this 25th day of July 2023 that the contents of
    my above affidavit are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief
    and nothing material has been concealed there from.
