        This is to inform that the options exercised by the candidates have been processed for allotment of seat in
    institutions/Colleges based on rank, local area, gender, category, EWS, Special Reservation Category
    (CAP/PH/NCC/SPORTS/SCOUTS) etc. The Convenor, APEAPCET(2023) admissions is pleased to allot a seat to the

    in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (MEC) under EWS_GEN_AU category.
    Tuition Fee fixed for the college/course is Rs. 72600 /-.
    Tuition fee to be paid by the candidate at the time of admission is Rs. 0 /-.**

        The student belonging to SC/ ST/ BC/ EBC/ Disabled/ Minority categories will be considered for Reimbursement of
    Tuition Fee under “Jagananna Vidya Deevena(RTF) scheme” subject to verification and eligibility criteria prescribed
    by Government of Andhra Pradesh vide G.O.Ms.No.115 dated 30/11/2019 of Social Welfare (EDN) Department,
    G.O.Ms.No.14 Higher Education(E.C) Department dated 23/03/2020 and relevant instructions issued by Social Welfare
    Dept. and Higher Education Dept. Govt. of A.P from time to time. If any candidate is found not eligible for fee
    reimbursement, at a later date, the candidate shall have to pay the total fee as prescribed by the Competent
    authority.

          You are eligible for tuition fee reimbursement under Jagananna Vidya Deevena Scheme. The tuition fee  will be
    paid to your mother’s bank account in four quarters. Hence, you are requested to pay the tuition fee amount within
    one week to the College from the date of receiving the tuition fee amount from the Government.

    Instructions to Candidates

    1. The candidate is instructed to download the allotment order from https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in .

    2. The candidate is instructed to report by clicking on "Self-Reporting" under "Forms" tab from website
    https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in .

    3. Further, the candidate is instructed to take print out of two copies of joining report and allotment order and report
    to the allotted College. Submit a copy of joining report, allotment order and obtain acknowledgement on 2nd copy
    of joining report from the College where candidate has reported and retain acknowledged copy with the candidate.

    4. The candidate is instructed that self reporting in portal and physical reporting at the allotted college is
    compulsory to retain the present allotment. The last date for Self-reporting and reporting at the allotted college is
    31/08/2023.
    5. If the candidate does not report through self-reporting system and/or not physically reporting at the allotted
    college, the provisional allotment will be treated as a vacancy for the subsequent phase and the provisional
    allotment of 1st phase of APEAPCET −2023 Admissions will automatically stands cancelled and the candidate has no
    claim on the seat allotted. Further, if the candidate reports through Self-reporting and does not report physically at
    the college on or before 31/08/2023, the candidate's allotment/admission will be cancelled.

    6. It is informed that the academic credentials verified if found false at a later date, the candidate's allotment will be
    cancelled, and the candidate is liable for criminal prosecution.

    7. It is instructed that the candidate is not required to deposit original certificates in the college/Institute at the time
    of admission. The candidate can produce original certificates only for the purpose of verification in the
    college/Institute and can submit only Xerox copies in the college/Institute.

    8. Further, it is instructed that the candidates who are not eligible for fee reimbursement under the Jagananna Vidya
    Deevena Scheme shall pay the tuition fee after final phase only. In this regard, the College managements are
    instructed not to collect any type of fee from the candidates till the final phase of admissions.

    9. All the Principals are requested to verify the original certificates viz; caste, study, income, EWS and intermediate or
    its equivalent certificates etc, of the admitted candidates thoroughly and requested to bring any deviation to the
    notice of the Convenor, APEAPCET −2023 Admissions.

    10. Class work will commence from 31/08/2023 onwards.
