Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco engineering standards (SAES, SAEP) and Schedule Q.
• Familiar with international codes and standards such as ACI, ASTM and other standards
• Conduct the Material receiving inspections as per approved ITPs, and procedures or following with SAES-
related SATIP and SAIC and Project specs.
• Conduct/Attend the hold and witness point inspections of all the activities for structural and Architectural
prior to final inspection and approval of client representative.
• Surveillance daily on site to closely monitor ongoing construction activities and compliance with project
specifications and related codes and standards.
• Identify quality problems and areas of non-conformance and initiate INCR prior to PID action.
• Update the daily and weekly QC report, RFI log, INCR log, Proactive log, LBE and look Ahead for weekly
QC meetings.
• Prior to starting each activity conduct Quality Toolbox Meeting at the site.
• Conduct the inspection for Material receiving as per approved ITPs material submittals, PO, and Delivery
notes etc.
• Manage all the Quality related documents and certificates from third-party laboratories.
• Manage and supervise all different tests required for site and laboratory i.e.: Compressive Strength, Slump,
Temperature, Proctor test, FDT, Core test, DFT.
• Manage all required tests and calibration of machines and apparatus by approved laboratories.
• Inspection and supervision of Earthworks.
• Witnessed field density Test (FDT) for subgrade, base course, asphalt base and wearing course for Roads.
• Ensure that all the excavations are in accordance with the safety process and should be a sufficient distance
from the wall and footing.
• Witness the overall Road Works and Asphalt Paving.
• Road Works- Inspection of Embankment construction, gravel and asphalt Placement.
• Conducting field inspections and producing inspection reports for various Construction Activities.
• Review and check the survey reports.
• Inspection and supervision of Asphalt works. Review of Test Reports/ Plant Calibration Certificate &
Asphalt Placing & Testing
• Supervise and manage concrete batching plant on site and prepare required mix design.
• Manage all the required calibrations of concrete plants.
• Inspection and supervision of PCC and RCC including Cast in place or precast concrete at various
level as per Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards.
• Inspection and supervision of all Rebar works and Form works as per Approved drawings and SAES.
• Prior to signing the Release note verify all RFIs approved and related activities completed.
• Issue a proactive notification if the contractor violating standard requirements to prevent any violation from
PID.
• Follow up daily punch list items raised during the routine inspection as observed at the site.
• Follow-up for closing the violations and update the daily QC activities report
• Detail study of project-related drawings (Civil, Structural & Architectural)
• Checking the layout of blockwork as well as the alignment of the block walls.

• Final inspection of block work with client representative to verify the whole dimension is correct and
window and door location as per approved project drawings.
• Review drawings based on the latest revision, inspection sequence plans, acceptance criteria in each project
involved, to ensure that the items are produced in conformance with quality standards, procedures, and
specifications and codes.
EDUCATIONAN QUALIFICATION:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering from the State Board of Technical Education & Training),
Hyderabad, India.
