    USMAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, USMAD, ARGAO, CEBU ON APRIL 14, 2023.

    RESOLUTION NO. 01-2023

    A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING HON. EDSEL GALEOS,


    CONGRESSMAN OF SECOND DISTRICT, PROVINCE OF CEBU FOR
    FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AMOUNTING TO FIVE MILLION PESOS FOR
    THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIPURPOSE SHED AT USMAD
    NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

    WHEREAS, Usmad National High school has been continuously working on achieving the
    holistic development of the students particularly in academic, physical, social, mental and
    security of the learners.
    WHEREAS, Usmad National High School is need of a Multipurpose Shed for the following
    reasons:
    1. venue for the conduct of school activities such as graduation ceremonies and
    commencement exercises, culminating activities, performance exhibits, meetings,
    and others;
    2. safe space for conducting classes in case of classroom shortage;
    3. safe venue for practice and actual performance of Arts, Physical Education, and
    other disciplines;
    4. safe space for studying and resting during vacant hours;
    5. safe space for students to take their lunch; and
    6. other activities to be conducted outside the classroom.

    WHEREAS, Multipurpose Shade will be a great help for the development and safety of
    the learners;

    WHEREFORE, on a mass motion, duly seconded by the same. Usmad National High
    School PTA Officers headed by Hon. Christine L. Saniel in joint resolution agreed to request a
    financial support from HON. EDSEL A. GALLEOS for the realization of this project THRU Usmad
    Barangay Council for endorsement;

    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request financial assistance amounting five


    million pesos for the construction of the Multipurpose Shed of Usmad National High School;
    RESOLVED FINALLY, to send a copy of this joint resolution to Usmad Barangay Council
    for endorsement.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 14th day of April , 2023 at Argao, Cebu, Philippines.
