Introduction
Social media's development has made it possible for people to express themselves inways that may have been challenging to achieve before. In particular, social media hasdeveloped into a rapid and practical means for people to connect with others and createlasting relationships; nevertheless, some study indicates that this might have a negativeimpact on many people's lifestyles, particularly introverts use of social media. One of thefour abilities that students who are Introvert must master is communicating. The physicalworld is constrained and limited by human exploration. However, we do hold the belief that this Startup will eventually allows introvert people to shed their physical restraintsand embrace an infinite amount of freedom. Communication incongruence is a common symptom of introversion and isnegatively connected with wellbeing and quality of life. Such incongruence could beminimized with communication training, but expert-led training is frequently unavailable, and self-guided training is challenging and potentially dangerous. Software (such as
smartphone apps) could also be used to deliver training, but this technology is still in itsinfancy. In order to ascertain general opinions about communication training software aswell as the most desired features of such software, this qualitatively driven mixed-methods study also incorporated surveys and interviews with introverts.Startups play a crucial role in introducing radical innovations and need to maintain ahigh level of product innovativeness to consolidate their business models and remaincompetitive. However, startups often face challenges and limitations that hinder their product innovativeness efforts and require external support from innovationintermediaries. Despite the prevalence of research on intermediaries, there is a limitedunderstanding of the effect of their activities and capabilities - commonly referred to asorchestration functions - on startups' innovativeness. Thus, this startup focuses on how to improve the communication skills of introverts. The startup is advantageous for introverts to be able to choose their own identity onsocial media. An article by Zhou, Xu, and Zhao (2018) claims that millions of peoplehave digitalized and virtualized themselves on popular websites like Twitter and Weibo, supplying data on everything from demographics, status, and feelings to actions. Due tohuman complexity and the fact that introverts come in a variety of forms—from thestereotyped timid type to more severe forms—it is challenging to understand how peopleinteract online. In contrast to real life, one can alter their identity and have some controlover how others see them through online personas. These digital fingerprints of large populations of individuals can be typical, comprehensive, long-lasting, and impartial, making them possible substitutes for identifying individual personalities.
The introvert can tailor their profile to their preferences and present themselves asthey are in real life. Given that all they can do is swipe left or right, nobody wouldcondemn them. If the two are compatible, the introvert may have a shot at finding truelove because they most likely have a lot in common. Celebrities frequently use bothdimensions on social media. Because individuals pick their identity in the online world, users can decide what they want to call themselves and how they want to appear. For instance, on Instagram, the user sets up an account with a moniker and a profile photo of a dog. This kind of online persona is known as the performative dimension, andaccording to Moore, Barbour, and Lee (2017, p. 4), we must "perform our identity, our profession, our gender, and effectuate our tastes, interests, and networks of connection, through activities like commenting on posts, liking other people's contributions, or framing a selfie, to present a publicly mediated persona." Whether introversion or extroversion has a cause is unknown to science. They are aware that the two personalitytypes' brains function somewhat differently from one another. According to research, introverts have a higher frontal lobe blood flow than extroverts do. This area of the brainaids with memory, problem-solving, and planning.Additionally, they use their true identities in the public realm. Everything is basedon their personality feature. Because they can control how much social connection theyreceive, introverts are better at interacting online. They feel more at ease communicatingonline in communities that relate to their interests and personalities, which gave rise tothe third space idea because it refers to a place where they would be treated equally.Furthermore, it has been discovered that social media can help users become more adeptat face-to-face interactions, which will enable them to establish real, healthy relationships
