 Policy on Compensation for Defection and Claim
1. The Buyer should be careful when purchasing used items through Autowini. Autowini is not responsible for the conditions of the used items at the
destination. The Buyer should be aware of the problems that may occur with the items being a used good. (Refer to ‘6. Exclusions for Claims & Parts with
Possibility of Performance Problems’)
2. Autowini ships each item “AS-IS” registered by the seller. Autowini does not make extra repairs on the vehicles or any accessory items.
3. Vehicles on sale at Autowini are in a condition that can RUN & DRIVE. “RUN & DRIVE”, “AS-IS” status at Seller’s Yard means that the vehicle can “RUN
& DRIVE” and engine is normal in starting and working condition at the sellers keeping place at the time of posting the advertisement. However it does
not mean that the vehicle’s status will be guaranteed in the future at any other places.
4. In case there is a big difference between what is stated in the Seller’s Condition Report and the actual conditions of the vehicle after received, the Seller
is expected to solve the claim by providing either spare parts, discounts on the next purchase, or financial support.
If the seller compensate a repair charge, the charge is based on a domestic repair service in South Korea.
5. Autowini may act as an arbitrator between the buyer and seller to resolve the claims smoothly.
6. Exclusions for Claims & Parts with Possibility of Performance Problems.   Autowini hereby notifies the exceptions of claims, along with the
possibility of performance problems with the used Parts as stated below. Buyers must be aware that the claims for the following clauses will be DENIED.
Additionally, since the vehicles on Autowini are USED items, related parts may come with performance problems that are NOT guaranteed by Autowini.
x  Mileage (Odometer Reading)
x  Consumable Parts (Oil (of any type), Tires, Brake pads, Clutch discs, Bushing, Battery, Engine Gaskets etc.)
x  Engine, Transmission (Noise, Turbulence, Oil leaking, Fume, etc.)
x  Exterior & Interior Condition of the vehicle (Scratches, Dents, etc.)
x  Corrosion Status - When the status was notified on the items page or when the corrosion status is average for its model year.
x  Replaceable alert lighting (ex. Sensor (of any type), DPF, etc.)
x  Absence of Spare parts (ex. Spare tire, Spare key, Took kits, etc.)
x  Additional options of the vehicle other than genuine options
x  Information of the vehicle provided by the sellers on the items page in the form of photos, videos, and comments
x  Exterior damages during shipping & stolen things at the port
x  Reported Claims after 30 days of vehicle’s arrival at port
!  Vehicles under USD 2,000 compensate up to USD 200 for critical defects of engine and transmission only.

!  DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) must be returned to Korean government before shipping.

7. Cancellation Policy   (1) If a Buyer decides to cancel the purchase after making the transfer(Cancellation request could be rejected by the seller or
shipping company depending on the reasons.), if accepted, fine equivalent to 50% of the FOB value of the invoice will be applied, the minimum amount
being USD 1000.(Cancellation requested 5 months after the purchase will not be accepted)
(2) Booking will be canceled if Autowini does not receive the money in the next 7 days after the transfer receipt is sent to the Autowini staff or has been
uploaded on the Autowini webpage.
(3) If the payment is not completed within 14 days from the date of profoma invoice issued, the booking will automatically be canceled and the money will
be refunded after the minimum USD 500 penalty deduction per vehicle.
8. Procedure for a Making a Claim   The Buyer, if there is any case, should file a claim to Autowini within 30 days after the arrival of the vehicle at the
destination port. When making a claim, the buyer should submit photos and videos detailing the performance problem with VIN (chassis) number of the
vehicle in the buyer’s ‘My Order’ page online.
9. Disclaimer on Shipping Problem   Autowini shall not be responsible for any delay, changing condition or failure in shipping caused by shipping lines or
national policy.Autowini will not be responsible if shipping delay cause issues related to vechicle year restriction in the destination port.In case you want to
cancel an order, Autowini will do the best to coordinate with the seller or shipping company. Please note cancellation fee must be paid by buyer.
(Cancellation request could be rejected by the seller or shipping company depending on the reasons.)
10. Force Majeure   Autowini shall not be responsible or held liable for its failure to perform any of its obligations from results of Acts of God including
earthquakes, flood, storms, rain, hail, or other weather created condition, war whether declared or undeclared, terrorism or acts of public enemies (either
domestic or international), local or national disruptions to transportation networks or operations, terminal congestion, no shipping space, shipping
company's refusal or any other similar cause which is not foreseeable and is beyond the control of Autowini.

Third-party handling notice   By accepting the invoice, the client recognized that the shipping and logistics handling will be carried out by Autowini and its
shipping partners. Above shipping costs might be changed due to seasonal charges and logistics circumstances. Autowini will do its best to give the earliest
update when it's changed.
