Product Information/Directions for use

WF PRO
Description
WF PRO is a non-aqueous, ready-for-use cleaning solution, specifially suited for the cleaning of disassembled
and assembled clockworks in watch cleaning machines. It cleans, de-resinifies and brightens
(desoxidates)mechanical precision parts. WF PRO guarantees excellent cleaning results and gently
treatment of the parts. Advantages: good compatibility with higher bath temperatures, ultrasonics, moisture as
well as with different metallic materials resulting together in a longer service life.

Application and Dosage


Q Dosage: pure, ready for use • Cleaning time: 2-10 min.
Q Fill the first container of the cleaning machine with WF PRO.
Q After the cleaning step the parts have to be rinsed, e. g. with SUPROL PRO, specially suited to WF PRO.
Q For complete re-lubrication, a bath with UNIMIX is recommended after the rinse step(s).

Safety Recommendations
WF PRO is classified as hazardous according to the Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 [GHS] (flammable, skin irritation,
serious eye damage, narcotic effect, category 1 specific target organ toxicant (repeated exposure), aspiration toxicity,
hazardous to the aquatic environment - chronic category 2).
Observe also with respect to this the hints indicated in the safety data sheet and always handle chemicals with care.

Physical-chemical characterisation
Q Density: 780-800 g/l. Flash point: 30-34 °C.
Q Waterless, ready-for-use solution, mixture of solvent with additives.
Does not contain halogens like chlorine, fluorine, bromine or iodine.
Q Ingredients according to Annex VII, A, Regulation (EC) 648/2004 on detergents: >30 % aliphatic hydrocarbons,
15-25 % aromatic hydrocarbons, <5 % soap. The surfactants in our product meet the criteria for biodegradation as
laid down in Annex III of the Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 on detergents.

Disposal
Recommendation:
1. Disposal regulations same as for used oil/diesel/benzine.
2. Dispose via specialised disposal companies: European waste code: 14 06 03*, „other solvents and solvent mixtues“.
3. Burn in suitable equipments, but according to official regulations.
Transport in appropriate suitable containers.
Do not discharge into the drains/surface waters/groundwater. Do not discharge into the subsoil/soil or unmonitored into
the environment.

Volumes, Storage and Transport


Q Available volumes: 2.5 l can 8000000, 5 l can 80000004, 10 l can 80000001 and
30 l can 80000003.
Q Keep in tightly closed original container at a dry, cool and ventilated place and protected from heat and direct solar
radiation. Do not store at temperature above 25 °C. Do not store together with oxidizing agents.
Q Do not mix with other chemicals. Keep away from ignition sources.
Q Shelf life: 2 years from date of production (see lot on label).
Q Classification for all means of transport: class 3, UN 3295.
