Examples of UIC (A.K.A. 10 Fingers) processes with answers
This material is made to make it easier to understand the Untouchable Inner Confidence
(or 10 Fingers) process. These examples are here so you could understand what you
should experience with the fingers of your left hand and what you should experience with
the fingers of your right hand in different 10F processes. This is the most important thing
to understand for using the 10F process successfully.
Have the 10F process printed in front of you and first try to do the processes from these
examples yourself. Only when you solve all the examples, look at the solutions in the
second part of this material.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: You can find correct answers for these examples in the second
part of this material (from page 7 on).
Don't look at the solution at the end of this material before you define YOUR answers to
all examples first. You will have real benefits from these examples only after you try to
see for yourself how you should use the 10F technique in these situations. Only after that
you will get the understanding that these examples should provide to you.
EXAMPLES
Example 1. The goal was to find and get a perfect job in the next 2 months.
1. Pay attention to your goal and the deadline before which you want to achieve it. Is
it possible to fail?
Yes.
2. How could you fail?
Employer company would probably prefer to employ a Dutch person. (The
practitioner was a person from the U.S.A. who was at the time living in Holland.)
Left hand:

(Write down what would you experience in this example as the content for the left hand
and what as the content for the right hand in the 10F process.)
SOLUTION: (The first example is solved so that you would know what is expected of
you.)
Left Hand: It's possible to fail because they will probably rather employ a Dutch person.
Right hand: Although I feel that I might fail because they would prefer to employ a
Dutch person, I still want to get my ideal job before … (the deadline for the goal).
Example 2. The goal was to learn the Spanish on the Medium 3 level before the end of
this year.
Yes.
I will achieve some part of the goal and then loose interest.

Example 3. The goal was to make at least 20 sales for the XY product before the Friday
evening of that week.

Example 7.
The goal was to start a super successful coaching practice before 1st of March next year.

Left hand: It's possible to fail because I won't be able to get new clients.
Right hand: Although I feel that I might fail because I won't be able to get new
clients, I still want to start a super successful coaching practice before 1st of March
next year.
Example 8.
Goal was to find a perfect romantic partner before the end of the year.

Example 9.
