This matter came before the Court for a hearing on November 16, 2022,
pursuant to the parties’ joint motion to file all pleadings under, filed April 24, 2020, as
well as a supplemental motion to restrict access filed October 24, 2022. All parties and
their respective counsel participated by remote video utilizing Zoom, all parties testified
under oath, and a record of the hearing was made utilizing a digital recording
application.
The Court originally granted the April 24, 2020 motion, but the original order was
vacated at the direction of the Supreme Court of Ohio, and remanded for further
proceedings. The November 16, 2022 hearing was conducted in accordance with the
directives of the Supreme Court and the decision below is based on this Court’s
consideration of the testimony of the parties in support of their April 24, 2020 and

Upon consideration of the testimony of the parties, and in accordance with the
requirements of Sup.R. 45(E), the Court finds by clear and convincing evidence that the
entry is outweighed by a higher interest in protecting the safety, security, protection, and
directed to be redacted in all pleadings identified herein, including the name, address
and dates of birth the of the second petitioner and the parties’ children, parenting time
schedules, and any financial account and/or asset identifiers. The Court finds the
October 24, 2022 motion well taken and grants the same in the manner set forth below.
The Court hereby ORDERS that the following pleadings, as redacted and
attached hereto, shall be added to the docket in this matter, and shall replace, for the
purpose of public access, the original, unredacted original copies of the attached
pleadings, which shall be sealed and restricted from public access, subject to the
provisions of Sup.R. 45. Nothing contained in this judgment entry is intended to impact
or affect the existing restrictions as to all documents which are not “case documents”
[as defined by Sup.R. 44(C)(1)(h)], and otherwise already restricted from public access,
or the requirement that Form 18 be filed and remain under seal pursuant to local rule
