and a financial analysis. Complete business plan to help the company succeed. It

Chin Xtreme is the name of the company who aims to produce its main
product, Ube Camote Delight. It is a delicious dessert perfect for a household at
any gatherings and occasions. This project focuses on producing the best and
quality dessert from our own resources and considered as one of Pinoy’s kakanin.
This recipe is one of the simple desserts and perfect to make for your family.

Brief Profile of the Entrepreneur

The owner of the company named Chrishia Denise B. Degorio. An 18 years


old student of Tupi National High School. A grade 12 senior high student taking up
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) strand. She’s from
Poblacion, Tupi, South Cotabato. A woman who was eager to own a small
business specifically about baking services. She had the passion to learn more
and explore things to improve her skills. This business will be her fresh start and
hoping for a successful brand.

Project’s Contribution to the Economy


Chin Xtreme’s Ube Camote Delight can boost the economy as it can
contribute in many ways as follows:
I. Establishing Jobs. As Chin Xtreme’s Ube Camote Delight develops and
grows, more personnel might be needed to assist with manufacturing,
packing, shipping, and sales. This may open up new work prospects in
the neighborhood, so lowering unemployment and promoting economic
expansion.
II. Sweet Potato Farmer’s Selling Profit. As the company needs a large
supply of sweet potato, farmers can play a big contribution as they are
the one to supply the main ingredient of the company’s product. They
can supply directly to the company for a good price and be a constant
supplier of the company.
III. Amount coming in. As the production continues to earn its sales, the
money will help the business to expand its capacity in producing the

a willingness to take chances, innovate, and produce something fresh by
serving the product and services. This can motivate other

Marketing Plan

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT


Delicious Ube Camote Delight, the ideal fusion of taste and practicality. This
delight is expertly made and packaged using only the purple sweet potato as the
main ingredient of the product. A flavorful blend of other ingredients namely: all-
purpose cream, ube flavored condensed milk, butter, and topped with a grated
cheese to balance the sweetness. The outcome is a delectable and fragrant delicacy
that will definitely sate your appetites.
Ube Camote Delight is a delicious addition to your favorite dessert, or snack.
This is also perfect for any occasions for it may serve as our own pinoy dessert that
will surely satisfy the taste of everyone. It will definitely satisfy the attendees at any
gatherings because of its distinctive flavor and texture.
To make Ube Camote Delight, sweet potato is typically boiled or steamed until
it become soft and tender. They are then mashed to create a smooth texture. Instead
of using separate ube (purple yam) and condensed milk, we used an ube flavored
condensed milk as an alternative, added to sweeten the mixture, and butter was
included for richness. Topped with grated cheese for a better taste. Ube Camote
Delight is loved for its vibrant color, creamy texture, and delightful combination of
sweet flavors.

You can eat Ube Camote Delight whenever you want because it is
conveniently packaged in a tub. Whether it’s warm or cold, it still tasted delicious.
With this product, you can taste traditional pinoy kakanin as it was meant to be.

There are currently three (3) competitors around the location who also
provides similar to our product. Company A that offers product A that has the same

ingredients and additives such as the ube flavored condensed milk, all-purpose
cream, and butter. Company B who offers Product B that is similar to our product. As
well as the Company C who offers Product C that also has similar ingredients with
our product.
Chin Xtreme is currently the only one that offers a delicious product, Ube
Camote Delight, who uses sweet potato as an alternative instead of using glutenous
rice, or commonly known as “Pilit”. The product contains the same additives and
ingredients with other competitors such as all-purpose cream, ube condensed milk,
and butter but the company innovated the product and used sweet potato for a better
and unique taste compared to the common taste of the products of other
competitors.

Location
Chin Xtreme’s Ube Camote Delight will be prapared at Purok 1, Poblacion,
Tupi, South Cotabato. The business’s physical stall will be located at a Tupi
fruit park in the said purok along the highway, specifically at Bastarriche’s
Fruitstand. According to the 2020 census, Tupi is a first-class municipality with
a population of about 73,459 people.

shows interest in buying innovative and unique products and chooses them over
those products that they’re already familiar with, explore and try new tastes that can
suit their standards with foods. This group of consumers is seeking out new and
innovative food products that align with their health and wellness goal.
Furthermore, the company aims to have a consignment with other big
business around the area to promote the business to the residents of the
municipality, also to the tourists who loves to visit our place.

Main Customers

The primary target market of this company consists of the local residents,
especially the households residing in Baranggay Poblacion and the surrounding
areas. These individuals are specifically seeking for a sweet treat that surely, they’ll
never forget. Additionally, the company aims to serve the tourists who visits the
region and are interested in exploring the innovative and unique products that the
company offers which can align with their taste preferences.

company offers, is substantial. With the unique taste of the product, both locally and

The demand was originally based on projections of the total population of


Tupi, South Cotabato in 2023, who represent the target market for the company.
According to the data below, the municipality will have a total population of 75,954
people in 2023, and there will be 45,572 individuals who want to purchase the
product. 20% of the individuals, specifically 9,114 heads, are the estimated number

The market for local food business, which is now projected to be worth Php.
1,000,000.00, is where Chin Xtreme aims to compete. There are three (3)
companies with similar products which are our main rivals in this industry; they each
hold about 20% of the market.

We aim to capture 15% of the local food business market over the next five
years. Our unique product line, which features imaginative flavor pairings and eco-
friendly packaging, is intended to appeal to health-conscious customers who value
both great taste and environmental responsibility.

To achieve our market share goal, we aim to implement a multi-channel


marketing strategy that includes influencer partnerships, specialized digital

Chapter II

Production Plan

Production Process

 Create a detailed production process flowchart that outlines the steps involved
in making ube camote delight.
 Preparing the sweet potato: Peel, wash, and cut the sweet potato into small
pieces. Consider using specialized utensils or equipment for efficiency.
 Prepare for boiling: Using a pot, boil water and put the sweet potato. Wait until
it became soft and tender.
 Mash the sweet potato: Using any equipment available, mash the soften
sweet potato to create a smooth texture.
 Mix the ingredients: Combine all-purpose cream, ube flavored condensed
milk, and any additional ingredients according to the recipe.
 Prepare the mixture: Using a heated pan, melt a butter then pour the previous
mixture of cream and condensed milk. Mix it on low heat and wait until it

Raw Materials

The precise recipe and production method will determine the basic
components required to make Ube Camote Delight. However, some of the usual
elements needed are as follows:

1. Purple Sweet Potato: Sweet Potato is the key ingredient for Ube Camote
Delight. Look for fresh sweet potato, which should have a purple or white
flesh, depending on the variety. Choose sweet potato that is firm, with no soft
spots or signs of decay.
2. All-purpose Cream: All-purpose cream is used for the mixture of the sauce
that poured into cooked delight. The cream helps the mixture thickened for a
delicious taste and better result of the product.

3. Condensed Milk: Make sure to use the ube condensed milk. This is the main
ingredient for the sweetness of the delight, mixed with the all-purpose cream.
It is the better alternative ingredient for the product’s sweet taste, but also still
similar if we use purple yam mixed with the common condensed milk.
4. Butter: Butter plays a big role as it was the main reason of the wonderful smell
of the delight that catches everyone’s attention. Using butter gives extra and
wonderful taste of the cream mixture that fits to the taste standard of
everybody.
5. Cheese: This serves as the extra topping of the ube camote delight as it was
perfectly grated and poured at the top of it. Not only adds a little bit of extra
taste to the product, but also gives more attraction to the packaging as we will
notice it first at the top of the delight.
6. Container: It is where the cooked and finished product is packed.

Business Experience and Qualifications of the Entrepreneur

Chrishia Denise Degorio is a STEM student in grade 12 with a background in


business. She had previously worked as a fruit vendor in a grocery store in General
Santos City wit h her grandmother. She has worked as a seller at a fruit stand in Tupi
Fruit Park for many years, where she sold a variety of fruits while multitasking to
make money from many customers. This experience in sales and customer service,
along with her in-depth knowledge of the fruit industry, has improved her time
management skills.
She has also had prior experience as an online merchant during a pandemic.
She sells a wide variety of garments, ordering them from Manila and displaying them
online. Degorio, who is still young, has already demonstrated an entrepreneurial
mindset by launching a small side business while attending school. Through this
experience, she picked up practical abilities in marketing, product promotion, and
money management.
