Job Descriptions
 Lead in the identification of target communities, establish new contact with communities, and identify
potential leaders/organizers to mobilize community groups to take an active role in the implementation of the
Shelter project..
 To begin the baseline research of selected communities and continue to monitor social change and new
social information relevant to the empowerment of community.
