TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to authorize Forester Reynaldo B. Aragon, Jr., Municipal Environment


and Natural Resources Officer (MENRO) of this municipality to transact / apply for
permits in relation to the conditions stipulated in the issued Environmental Compliance
Certificate of the proposed landfill located at Barangay Bannawag, Maria Aurora,
Aurora.

In addition, the above-named LGU personnel hereby designated as Pollution


Control Officer (PCO) of our Category-I Sanitary Landfill pending our application for
PCO. Rest assured that he will undergo PCO Training and apply for accreditation after
the training.

Done this 14th day of February 2022 at Municipality of Maria Aurora, Aurora for
whatever legal purposes.
