Product Appearance

Music mode
Double-click left or right earphone (L or R): play/pause
Triple-click left or right earphone (L or R): activate voice assistant (Siri)
Long press the left earphone: previous song
Long press the right earphone: next song

Call mode
Double-click left or right earphone (L or R): answer/ hang up
Long press left or right earphone (L or R): reject a call

Low Latency Mode

To turn on the low-latency mode for the first time, you need to set the three-click switching function through the APP. After setting, quickly switch the low-latency
mode on and off through the three-click touch area. Put both ears back into the charging compartment and close the lid. By default, the low-latency mode is
automatically turned off and the normal mode is turned on. to turn off low latency mode.

Product Operation Instruction

1. The earphones automatically turn on after open the lid of the charging case.

2. Turn on wireless connection.

3. Download the app and ling the earphones to app.

Tips for using the app:

The facts curation of search function (about 35 hours Please ute the function far searching missing earphones as soon as possible.
When the search function is Lmmed on in the app, the earphones will sound an alarm. Please ensure that the remaining earphones not in your ear to avoid
hearing damage.

Activation permission settings of app (Android system)

The “Baseus” app must keep running in the background so that your phone can receive alerts of the location of earphones. Android phones have automatic
shutdown function of application when turn off the screen. If the “Baseus” app is shut down by applications such as Battery Saver, 360 Total Security, Mobile Butler,
etc., the location function cannot work properly. Therefore, please add “Baseus” app into the white list on Android phones to keep the app running in the background.

Go to Settings>App>App launch>Manage manually “Baseus” app: Auto-launch, secondary launch, and run in background.

The battery is included in the product. Please do not expose it to sunlight, electric heater, or similar overheating, Do not store the product in high temperature,
strong light, and strong magnetic field. Do not place it in other harsh environments such as fire sources. If water enters, dry it naturally and use it again.
Improper use of the product can easily cause damage to the product or may endanger personal and property safety.

Disintegration of this product by non-professionals is strictly prohibited.
Loads (appliances) in excess of the output current of this product shall be avoided. A circuit protection mechanism is built-in ta automatically stop working if
loads exceed. Intense physical actions including knacking, throwing, trampling on and squeezing, etc. shall be avoided.
The ambient temperature of product is 0~35°C.

FAQS

1. Why can’t the headset be turned on or off?

Answer:
(1) It is not ruled out that some earphones have a late factory date, and the initial poweris not enough to support self-consumption. Therefore, when the
earphone arrives in your hand, it cannot be turned on. Just reconnect the power to fully charge the earphone.
(2) Under the condition of ensuring that the charging compartment and earphones are charged, open the cover of the charging compartment, and the
earphones will automatically turn on;
(3) After ensuring that the charging compartment is charged, put the earphones back into the charging, compartment and close the lid, the earphones will
automatically shut down;
(4) When there is no electricity in the charging compartment, please turn off the Bluetooth function on the mobile phone. After 5 minutes, the headset will
automatically shut down;
(5) Please keep the earphone charging area and charging cartridge charging pin clean, and clean it regularly with cotton swabs or alcohol cotton.
2. Why can’t I find the lost headset?
Answer:
(1) The headset needs to be fully charged and located within 15m of the address before it can be searched;
(2) The effective search time for earphones is about 35 hours. Please use the search function to search for earphones as soon as possible within this period;
 (3) The APP needs to stay in the background and keep running continuously before it can automatically record the location of the headset;
(4) When using the earphone search function, please do it in a quiet environment as much as possible;
(5) The headset may be in a strong electromagnetic environment and cannot receive the buzzer signal sent by the APP.
3. Will the APP reveal privacy
Answer: No, the APP only collects the address data of the headset for positioning, and never reveals the personal privacy information on the user’s mobile
phone. Please feel free to use it.
4. Does the low-latency effect have requirements for mobile phone brands?
Answer: The low-latency technology independently developed by Baseus is applicable to Apple iOS and Android models, and can achieve a non-inductive low-
latency experience. Due to differences in different brands of Mobile phones and mobile phone systems, there may be differences in low latency values.
5. Why is the touch function not sensitive?
Answer:
(1) Please ensure that the touch function area of the headset is clean and free of water stains;
(2) Please make sure that there are no water stains or other foreign objects on the fingers of the touch operation,
(3) Please ensure that the touch position is correct, and complete the quick double-click o¢ triple-click operation within 0.5 seconds;
(4) If you still cannot connect to the headset after completing the above operations, please tum off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone around the mobile phone
and restore the factory settings before connecting.
6. The mobile phone cannot search for the Bluetooth headset/Bluetooth connection is unstable/disconnected with the mobile phone when using the headset/the
sound is stuck and intermittent?
Answer:
(1) When using the headset, please do not exceed the Bluetoath connection distance of the mobile phone by 10 meters to avoid interference from the wall or
the human body,
(2) Please make sure that the headset still has enough power, and re-enter the pairing mode to connect;
(3) If you still cannot connect after completing the above operations, please turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone around the mobile phone and perform
the factory reset operation before connecting;
(4) Due to the characteristics of Bluetooth headsets, electromagnetic waves in your area may interfere with the Bluetooth connection, causing the headset to
be silent or disconnected, Please stay away from such areas before connecting,
7. How to bum headphones to make the sound quality better?
Answer: (1) (Choose soft music) Use one-third of the normal volume to drive the headset for 12 hours;
(2) (Do not choose rock music) Use two-thirds of the normal volume to drive the headset for 12 haurs;
(3) (Choose regular music) Use normal volume intensity to drive the headset for 72 hours;
(4) (Choose regular music) Use four-thirds of the normal volume to drive the headset for 24 hours.
