Quality C10E: Lucefin Group

This document provides technical specifications for a steel grade called C10E, including its chemical composition, heat treatment processes, mechanical properties, standards, and fatigue data. The steel has a carbon content between 0.07-0.13% and can be supplied with optional lead additions of 0.15-0.35%. Various heat treatments are described that result in hardness ranges of HB 85-278. Mechanical properties include tensile strength of 390-930 MPa and elongation of 12-15% for hot-rolled products. Fatigue data is also provided in terms of cyclic yield strength, fatigue strength coefficients, and ductility coefficients as functions of temperature for normalized versus untreated steel.
