• In CRM, cognitive skills are the mental


processes used for gaining and
maintaining situational awareness, for
solving problems and for making
decisions.

• Interpersonal skills are considered the


communication and behavioral activities
associated with teamwork.

performance. These factors involve
cognitive functions like attention,
