Subject: Registration for class X / XII EXAMINATION, 2024-2025
Dear Students,
This is to inform you that we need to fill up the registration form and submit the same for class X & XII
Examination, 2024-2025.
Students of class IX and XI are hereby instructed to print the attached Registration form and after filling up,
submit the same with the Xerox copies of Birth certificate, Caste certificate, Aadhar card , admit and mark sheet
of secondary Examination ( For class 11 only) , photograph ( Name and date of clicking photo must be
mentioned on it and should be attached it in a separate envelope with the form and the name written on
it) to your corresponding class teachers on
i) 22nd September, 2023 for class 9
ii) 25th of September, 2023 for class 11
No extension of date is possible and No late submission will be entertained.
Also, you have to pay the Registration fees of Rs.450/- (only the exact amount will be received in a separate
envelope mentioning your name, class and roll number) on the same day. Besides, you have to pay the due
tuition fees (if any) up to the month of September and update the fees book. Without it, registration will not be
done.
One Google form link is also attached herewith. Submit that form also, within 25/09/2023.
The size of the softcopy of the photograph must be between 20kb to 100kb.

□ Necessary details you have to bring with you;

1. Aadhar card ( if Aadhar card is unavailable, the enrolment number for Aadhar along with the copy of birth
certificate is to be submitted)
2. Caste certificate(if any)
3. PWD certificate (if any)
4. Admit and Marksheet of class X ( This is for class XI only)
5. School admission number with date( You will get this on the bill book. It is mandatory for the online upload
of your details)
6. Passport size photograph in School Uniform. The photograph should be clean , light background and nose
and ears should be properly visible. No sunglasses are allowed. The name should be in block letters and the date
of clicking the picture must be printed on the bottom portion of the picture, with a white background.
7. Updated school fees book. If you don't pay the school fees, you will not be allowed to submit the registration
form.
Fees to be remitted per student: Total- Rs.450/-
Treat the matter as urgent for the timely submission of Registration form.
