    (1) I understand that the Employer is contributing maximum of Rs. 1800/- per month
    i.e. 12% of Rs. 15000/- towards Employee Provident Fund, this being the minimum
    prescribed under the Employees Provident Fund & Misc Provisions Act,1952 (EPF
    Act).

    (2) I also understand that I am contributing 12% of my monthly basic salary towards
    Employees’ contribution under the Employees Provident Fund & Misc Provisions
    Act, 1952 (EPF Act), which includes my voluntary contribution (i.e over and above
    Rs.1800/-).

    (3) Both the above guidelines adopted by Feedback Infra Private Ltd are acceptable to
    me.
