    Fees are inclusive of Eligibility/Registration fees of University of Rs. 10,000/- payable for first year only.

    Hostel charges Rs. 1,10,000/- per annum (Hostel is compulsory)

    The amount of Tuition fee should be paid by Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of “Registrar, D. Y. Patil
    Education Society Deemed University, Kolhapur” payable at Kolhapur. In case of online payments, the students are advised to
    make payment through the RTGS, so that UTR number will be generated to confirm the payment of the Concerned.

    MBBS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.

    Internship Completion Certificate

    Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI/State Medical.

    Migration Certificate/Transfer Certificate

    High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date or birth.

    MBBS or Service Bond Free Certificate (If any)

    Caste Certificate & Caste validity certificate

    (NRI Category Only) Affidavit of the person who is NRI and the sponsorer.

    (NRI Category Only) Documents claiming that the sponsorer is an NRI (Passport, Visa of the sponsorer)

    (NRI Category Only) Affidavit from the sponsorer (duly notarized/ attested) that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate.

    (NRI Category Only) Embassy Certificate of the Sponsorer.
