In our desire to expose our students to actual work, we are acquiring them to render 600 hours of on-the-
training in the offices that would best train them.

In this regard, may we request your office to accommodate the following students to render on-the-job-training.
To wit:
Sascha C. Francisco

The above students are expected to perform tasks that would allow them to apply what they have learned in the
classroom such as accounting related work, research work or data gathering, sorting, encoding, posting, filing
and other related office-based task appropriated for financial management students. We would appreciate it if
the students will not be tasked as render errand work not related to their student assigned tasks. Hence, we
request that they should be treated as regular office employees.

As trainees, the students are expected to be related in terms of their punctuality at work, work performance,
interrelationship with other trainees and the office employees, and their office decorum.
Attached is the form to be used to rate the trainees.
