Rule set of each Activity
EVENT: Reel Making Competition
1. Video Content: All video reels submitted for the event should be
original and focused on the themes of Environment and Nature
2. Video Approval: Before the competition, all video reels submitted will
be reviewed and approved by the head coordinator of the corresponding
event.
4. Time Limit: Each video should not exceed the predetermined time limit
(1-4 minutes).
6. Submission Deadline: The deadline for submitting the video reel will
be communicated in advance, and late submissions will not be accepted.
7. Appropriate Content: The video reel should not include any content
that is offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
9. Awards: The winner of the event will receive Trophy and all
participants will get the certificate for participation.
EVENT: Dancing Competition
A. Cheating
E. If you were found the chit of other group please keep it their
only,please do not hide it or kept with you or destroy it.
9.once any team got all the clues and find the treasure ,the game will be
finished at that time.
EVENT: Blind Coding Competition
Guidelines:
•There will be two rounds in the competition- i) blind coding and ii) error
finding/detection.
• Participants will be assigned a computer and the screen of the computers
will be turned off.
• Participants will then be given the problem statement and they will be asked
to type the proper
code for the execution of the problem statement.
• Participant who is able to complete typing of correct code firstly will be
selected in second round.
• Participants will not be allowed to modify the code once they have
submitted the code for
execution.
ERROR DETECTION
Rules:
1. The competition will provide a set of code each of which contains errors.
The errors may
include syntax errors, logic errors, or runtime errors.
2. Participants will be given a fixed amount of time to identify as many errors
as possible in the
code provided.
3. The competition will be judged based on the number of errors identified
correctly and the
speed at which errors are identified.
4. In the case of ties, the winner will be determined based on the speed at
which errors were
identified.
5. Any form of cheating or plagiarism will result in immediate
disqualification.
6. Prizes or recognition may be awarded to the top-performing participants.
7. Judges decision will be the final decision.
8.All Participants will get the certificate.
EVENT: Poster Making Competition
Topic-Nature/Enviroment
1. Poster will be drawn on Full Card-Sheet Paper
2. Poster should be handmade.(printed posters not accepted)
3. You can paint, draw and paste the cuttings of old
newspapers and magazines.
4. Content Is Important, but Keep It Concise
5. Poster should contain title & slogan / punch line.
6. Prepare your poster in line with your theme.
7. You should able to explain the content in your poster, five
minutes will beallotted for the explanation.
8. Judges decision will be final.
EVENT: Best From Waste
4. Criteria for judging: actual waste element of the raw material used,
innovation and creativity, usability / practicality of the object made,
presentation to the judges utilisation of resources, artistic composition
and design, eco-friendly rating, utility of the product.
