ENDORSEMENT

The Punong Barangay of Talaba IV, Bacoor, Cavite issued an endorsement to forward charges against Manuel Pallesco to the proper court. Rick Canceran filed a complaint against Pallesco, but Pallesco failed to attend hearings at the barangay hall and ignored summons. As the parties were unable to reach an amicable settlement, the barangay endorsed filing formal charges against Pallesco.
