Focus Technique FOCUS


Applying the entire toolkit TOOLkit
Actvity or situation It’s time to apply everything you’ve learnt in this
course to the situation or activity you decided to
improve at the beginning of the course.

It’s important to prepare by thinking about what you’ll need to be focused on during the
activity or situation. Try imagining yourself doing it and then make notes for each point
of focus. Afterwards, reflect on how it went and make notes on what you focused on, or
what you realised you should have focused on, so you can improve next time.
