Are all the items visible?-Never
allow large items hide any part of
the presentation.

Balance
Chose simplicity- Effective simplicity in food is one
of the hardest things to accomplish successfully, as
it requires a high level of both skills and imagination.
Color- The presentation should exhibit a well
balanced variety of color.
Nutritional balance- There should be a proper
balance between various food groups, such as
meats and vegetables, protein and carbohydrates,
among others. Additionally, ingredients and
garnishes should harmonize with the main part of
the dish and conform to contemporary standards of

BAD IMAGE!
Blurry images or images with poor colour sepration
can destroy the whole efforts put together in
making delicious meals. They are not a true
reflection of the quality of the meals prepared.
They give a wrong first impression of the creative
effort of chefs.
A caterer’s expertise can be judged from quality
images from the caterer’s food presentation.
