    THE BARANGAY SESSION HALL.

    RESOLUTION NO. 2023-14


    A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE FIVE (5) YEAR
    AGRARIAN REFORM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2024-2028) FOR
    BARANGAY #16-N QUILING NORTE, CITY OF BATAC ILOCOS.

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council has endorsed for approval and
    adoption by the Sangguniang Barangay the five (5) year Agrarian Reform Community
    Development Plan (2024-2028) for Barangay #16-N Quiling Norte, City of Batac, Ilocos
    Norte;

    WHEREAS, after review, the said Agrarian Reform Community Development


    Plan as attached, is found to be in line with the development policies of the Barangay
    Government and the City Development Council;

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Honorable


    Arnolfo R.Manibog, duly seconded by Sangguniang Barangay Member Honorable Arnel
    A. Marzan;

    BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay #16-N Quiling


    Norte, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte, in session duly assembled, as it is hereby resolved to
    approve and adopt the Agrarian Reform Community Development Plan (2024-2028) as
    endorsed by the Barangay Development Council;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to all


    concerned for their information and consideration.

    August, 2023 at Barangay #16-N Quiling Norte, Batac City, Ilocos Norte.
