5th & FINAL MERIT LIST (01-09-2023)

ADMISSION FALL 2023 - 5th SEMESTER
BBA(2 YEARS) MORNING PROGRAM (PU CATEGORY)
Admission willingness applications are required from following candidates. These candidates are advised to contact HCBF
admission office till 04th September 2023 from 09:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M. Final merit for admission will be considered amongst
applicants who submitted willingness aplications within prescribed date and time.
These admissions are subject to available seats and following conditions:-
1 Any candidate who is found at any time to have obtained admission by making any miss-statement in the Admission Form or by
willful concealment of any material fact (particularly about marks, division, previous admission to the Department/ Center /
Institute / College or employment, expulsion conviction etc.) shall be dropped from the rolls of HCBF.
2 Students shall pay their dues in the University by the presribed date after obtaining necessary Challan Forms from the HCBF
Admission Office, before the close of banking hours 05:00 PM. Those who do not deposit their dues within this period shall loss
their right to admission.
3 The university reserves the right to correct any typographical error, omission, etc.
Successful applicants are advised to contact HCBF admission office and obtain admission form & fee challan amounting to Rs.
28,437/- till 05th September 2023 from 09:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M. Fee should be deposited at HBL PU Old Campus Branch
till 05th September 2023, before the close of banking hours 05:00 PM.
4 Candidates from Other then Punajb Univeristy will deposit Rs. 6,200/- additional dues as University Registration Fee.
To confirm your admission you are required to attach following documents with admission form.
• Original office copy of paid fee challan Rs. 500/-.
• All original Academic Documents (Matric, Intermediate, Graduation, Masters or equivalent etc.)

 • 2 photocopy sets of all academic documents.
• Copy of CNIC (both student and father)
• 3 Passport size photographs (please write your name and entry test roll no. at the back)
• Equivalence certificate (for candidates of other than Punjab University)
• NOC (for candidates of universities other than Punjab University)
• Undertaking on Rs. 50/- Stamp Paper (format availabel at College Book Shop).
Applicants who have deposited admission form fee within the prescribed date i.e. on or before 07-08-2023 but could not submit
their online form i.e., "Generate Application" has been considered in the merit list. They will be considered for further admission
process upon verification of their admission form fee from PU Treasurer Office.
