corporate entity
Use the credits from my “prepaid” account as payment to [NAME OF COMPANY] with
account# XXXXXXX, as I am a secured party and a secured credit with access and permission
to use my “prepaid” account (Cestui Que Vie Trust) to purchase items with titles (cars and
homes).
I have completed everything to the best of my ability. Should anything be out of order,
incomplete or done incorrectly. I give you permission to make the necessary changes or send the
paperwork back to me with instructions on how to correct.
There is no real substance or “money of exchange” like gold and silver - only accounting-
adjustments and set-offs. You agreed to do this for me, with the passage of House Joint
Resolution (HJR) 192 back in 1933.
This is notice and acceptance via your receipt of this mailing. If you feel this notice is in any way
in error or disagree with the change in position please feel free to rebut this notice with your
concerns within 30 days or it will stand as fact prima facie.
