My education qualification is Masters of Sciences in Agriculture Economics from Wallaga
University June 24,2020, Bachelor of Sciences in Animal Science from Jimma College of
Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine ,on June 23,2012 and Diploma in animal sciences from
Nedjo ATVTC on June2007 ,I have been working properly and according in Livestock Resource
,Development and health Office in the position of Supervisor, at Abay choman district for(2) two
years and three (3) years developmental Agent , I have been serving as position of Head for
Animal nutrition properly and according science june,2014 for four (4) years, until to January
2019 at Wallaga University Guduru Animal Breeding and Research Center .currently I serving
for five (5) years on the positions of Director of Wallaga University Guduru Animal Breeding
and Research Center .
Therefor I have proven and multiple professional experiences in management ,coordination,
monitoring and evaluation ,supervision .follow up ,capacity building. Project planning
,implementation ,reporting and documentation ,excellent ability in data collection in using
SAS,SPSS,STATA and introduction to R- software and internet my experience has taught me
that to achieve success ,teamwork is the way to go. Would work cross-team and make friends
in the entire organization and I can achieve the target by working independent too.I have
excellent communication and teamwork skills. Further more. I have very good technical skills
in Microsoft word ,excel ,power point and report writing I have an excellent ability to read
,write speak ,and understand English .Amharic and afan Oromo. Ima an extrovert and love
