TERMS AND CONDITIONS Spoil Kid Animation
Studios

Payment Terms : Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment
should be made via bank transfer in INR.
Payment Schedule : Payment schedule - 50% deposit upon project initiation,
25% at storyboard approval, and 25% on final delivery.
Project Scope and Deliverables : The project includes a 120-second 3D animated
video ad, with up to three rounds of revisions for each milestone.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights : Upon full payment, the client owns
the rights to the final animated video for online advertising purposes only.
Timeline and Milestones : The project timeline spans eight weeks, with milestones
for script approval, storyboard, animation, and final delivery.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure : Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality
regarding project details and proprietary information.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Spoil Kid Animation
Studios

Revisions and Alterations : Three rounds of revisions are included in the project.
Additional revisions will be charged at per hour basis.
Cancellation and Termination : Either party may terminate the agreement in
writing with a 30-day notice. A cancellation fee of 7% may apply.
Warranty and Liability : The studio guarantees the quality of workmanship but is
not liable for unforeseen technical issues post-delivery.
Client Responsibilities : The client agrees to provide feedback and approvals within
five business days of receiving project milestones.
Dispute Resolution : Any disputes arising from this agreement will be settled
through mediation in the state of court.
