    RE: For the professional service of ATTY. RIJANE A. CANTANILLA in the case Unlawful Detainer where
    herein client is the Complainant.

    This will confirm your engagement of my service and Professional Fees that shall be as follows:

    1. FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 50,000.00) as ACCEPTANCE FEE for the instance case and payable
    upon confirmation of this agreement. This acceptance fee is non- refundable;
    2. FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 5,000.00) as APPERANCE FEE for every appearance in court and/or
    conferences/meetings plus all out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the handling
    of the case and is payable on or before the scheduled court appearance or
    conferences/meetings;
    3. TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 10,000.00) payable during the PRE-TRIAL of the instant case;
    4. FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 15,000.00) payable upon receipt of favorable Decision from
    Honorable Court;
    5. TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php.2,000.00) in MOTIONS, AFFIDAVITS AND ANY OTHER PLEADINGS
    prepared and filed in court, payable 2 days before the date of filing;
    6. DISBURSEMENTS MADE TO THIRD PARTIES to carry out your matter forward such as courier,
    travel, process service, searches, transcripts, certificates and photocopying shall be shouldered
    by the client therein. A monthly billing statement which shall be supported by receipt for the
    incurred expenses shall be sent to you. All other items will be supplies as part of the professional
    fee;
    7. Should the instant case be settled amicably at any stage of the proceedings, the client therein
    shall be liable for the total aggregated amount of aforementioned professional fees;
    8. Should the instant case be elevated on Appeal, a separate contract and billing will be agreed
    upon ONLY WITH THE RESPECT TO APPEAL.

    However, if either of us decided to end our Attorney’s-Client relationship, I will expect from you to
    pay all the outstanding bills. In like manner, where we both agreed that the professional fee will
    contingent with the outcome of the case and incase withdrawn. The client therein shall be entitled to full
    payment of the professional fees counted from the start of proceedings until the last pleading filed
    before your file will be released.

    If the forgoing terms and conditions are acceptable by the client therein, kindly indicate your
    conformity by signing on the printed name below.
