Introduction
In order to improve our service and client happiness this report was based on
enquiries complaints and feedback of the costumers..In the following report
we will get the enquiries from the costumers and then we will provide the
service and after the service we also get to know how dis the costumer felt
with our service.
Analysis of feedback
We had three costumers Muhamad khan,Belinda ,And john bates and after
their enquiry we decide to provide them with our service and after our service
we get different feed back and the feed back were :-
1. Bad performance by the musicians, staff were not active enough, proper
amount of money wasn’t charged by the company after providing the
discount.
2. Slow Service: Three people have complained to me about our delayed food
service. The delivery of meals to customers is delayed. This issue may have
developed as a result of both a shortage of personnel and employee
indolence.
3. Not Good Entertainment: One client has complained about a musician band
indicating it was notentertaining and worthy.
4. Small Food Portion: One of the customers complained about the size of the
food portion, saying there wasn’t enough for all of the attendees.
5. Not Active Staff: One customer put complaint because he did not get a
discount as per discussion before booking. The cashier did not check the
discount when he was getting payment from the customer.
6. Less Information on Menu: The menu did not specify every item and its
description, such as which foods are gluten-free and which are vegan or
vegterian.

4. Not Active Staff: Give training to staff • Every month organize a meeting
and discuss new issues Make a new supervisor who will check work and
guide to staff as well
5. Less Information on Menu: •Make new menu as per new updating •Update
to the old menu
Recommendations
First off, we should need to recruit extra workers because occasionally our
hotel has two or three events on the same day. Then, this circumstance is
really difficult for every employee and has a negative influence on consumers.
This is not good for our hotel at all. I advise adding extra personnel. Second,
provide clients enjoyable entertainment. For a hotel, you ought to bring on a
fresh musician. Thirdly, all employees should get training. Create a new menu
and update it after that. Add some land to the food part to finish.
