ho provato i sistemi che circolano in rete ma niente da fare - quello che comunque mi ha consentito di entrare nel service mode (ma senza risultati) questo: Procedura di reset stampanti Canon: 1. Spegnere la stampante 2. premere e tenere premuto "RESUME", quindi accendere con ON tenendo premuti entrambi i tasti (ON e RESUME) 3. rilasciare solo il tasto RESUME tenendo sempre premuto ON 4. premere 2 volte il tasto RESUME, quindi rilasciare anche ON 5. il led verde lampegger e la stampante lavorer come fa' durante l'accensione (ora la stampante si trova in stato di service mode) inserire adesso il codice Reset the Waste ink counter per gli altri codici vedi la tabella sotto. 6. quando smette di lavorare ed il led verde resta fisso premere 4 volte RESUME (questo il codice direset waste ink) 7. premere nuovamente ON per spegnere la stampante (e' possibile che sia necessario premere ON una seconda volta per riuscire a spegnere). 8. riaccendere un'ultima volta la stampante che dovrebbe essere resettata. dopo numerosi tentativi ho resettato le costose cartucce canon - ora rifunziona tutto

Questo procedimento stato testato da me perch ho avuto lo stesso problema e non mi stampava pi la stampante. Eccolo di seguito: * Spegnere la stampante * Premere e tener premuto il tasto stop/reset(cerchio rosso con iscritto un triangolo), quindi premere e tener premuto il tasto power(accensione) per 5 secondi * Tenendo premuto il tasto power(accensione), rilasciare il tasto stop/reset * Premere 2 volte il tasto stop/reset * Rilasciare il tasto power(accensione) * aspettare fino a quando il tasto power(accensione) che lampeggia non si ferma sulla luce verde * Poi premere il tasto stop/reset per 3 volte con un intervallo di tempo di 3 secondi ad ogni pressione * Dopodich premere il tasto power(accensione)per impostare i dati * Aprire la stampante e rimuovere le cartucce, quindi rimetterle nuovamente, richiudere la stampante e attendere 20 30 secondi * Premere il tasto power(accensione) per spegnere la stampante * Infine riaccendendo la stampante i livelli delle 2 cartucce saranno ripristinati. Dice che funziona per molti modelli MP (non esplicitato il 160!) ha funzionato!!! Aggiungo per chi come me abbia provato pi volte senza ottenere risultati (io ho una mx300), che una volta arrivati alla parte in cui si preme 3 volte il tasto reset, intanto che lo si pu fare anche senza aspettare i 3 secondi da una pressione all'altra, e poi che non si vede niente, sul display. Rimane comunque la scritta "service mode", l'unica cosa che cambia, che a ogni pressione, lampeggia prima il led power e poi il led spia. Alla terza pressione rimarr acceso quest'ultimo, e schiacciando il tasto power apparir la scritta "service mode idle". A quel punto si potr aprire la stampante per rimuovere le cartucce, e cos via seguendo la guida. Per carit, la guida stata chiarissima, per uno a volte si confonde (pi che altro perch in quella parte non c' niente che faccia capire se lo si fa giusto, o se lo si fa sbagliato) pensando che la procedura non stia funzionando. http://www.techassistance.it/expert/reply/49994/problema-stampante-canon-mp-160/ Questa una procedura trovata in rete.
