    I- Call to Order

    Hon. Melian O. Rebamontan called to order the first session of the Sangguniang Kabataan of
    Osmeňa at 7:00 am to 3pm on December 01, 2023 at the Osmeña barangay hall.

    II- Roll Call

    Acting secretary Hon. Anntonette D. Baris conducted the roll call. The above- stated persons
    were present.

    III- Reading and Approval of the minutes from the last meeting
    The reading and approval of the minutes was skipped due to the the meeting conducted of the
    time being the first regular SK meeting.

    Agenda Highlights/ Agreements


    1 Formulation of Rules and Procedure The Rules and Procedure attached along with this
    document were formulated by the SK chairman in
    concurrence with the SK council
    2 Appointment of SK secretary and SK The SK chairman, in concurrence with the SK council
    treasurer appointed Ms. Diana May A. Dilao and Mr. Bracel B.
    Baladad as SK Secretary and Treasurer respectively.
    The session was recessed at 8:00pm and resumed at 8:30pm
    3 Identification/ Appointment of The appointment of committee heads was done by
    Committee Heads nomination and division of the house. Thus, in
    concurrence with SK council, the following SK
    councilors were appointed as committee heads:

    - Committee Chair on Environment, Climate Change
    Adaptation, and Disaster Risk Reduction and Resiliency

    - Committee Chair on Sports Development
    Hon. Mark Jude M. Roncales
    - Committee Chair on Anti-Drug Abuse and Social
    Protection
    Hon. Ma. Jenneth C. Colico
    - Committee Chair on Gender and Development
    Hon. Juliet B. Lapada
    - Committee Chair555t on Health, Health Services, and
    Reproductive Health

    4 Schedule of Regular SK Meetings The schedule for the regular SK meetings was set to be
    held on the 4th Sunday of every month as proposed by
    Hon. Anntonette D. Baris and concurred by the SK
    council.
    5 Other Matters The council agreed to have 1 tarpaulins customized and
    made to serve as the SK council’s traditional medium of
    disseminating information (time, date, and venue)
    about the conduct of the SK assemblies every quarter.
