    ABSTRACT

    The project is designed to educate and test the research knowledge of the
    students in reference to the title the students have chosen for study. The
    purpose of this research project is to understand the Performance
    Appraisal System of Vicky sports, Madurai and how it affects the
    productivity of the employees.
    The type of research design adopted for this study is Descriptive
    Research Design. It is conducted to reveal all the facts of the study in
    detail.

    interpretation, Type of participants/ respondents, Types of tests used,
    findings, suggestions and conclusion of the study)
