In addition to the delivery splitting indicator, this indicator controls whether a delivery must belong to
one warehouse number. If both indicators are set, the delivery only contains items whose storage location
matches the warehouse number in the header. When the system processes the delivery due list, if this
indicator is set, a "delivery split" takes place. This means that items belonging to different warehouse
numbers will be listed on separate deliveries.

Use
You can assign one or several goods receiving points to the combination plant/storage location. If you
assign several, you can specify a priority.
Prerequisites
Before you can assign the goods receiving point, you must define the plant and storage location. You can
find information in the structure maintenance of the enterprise structure, where plant and storage
locations in the general logistics and materials management areas are defined

o GR fr. EWM checkbox- This indicator enables you to control whether the process of
recording the goods receipt for a production or process order into an EWM-managed
warehouse can be started from both ERP and EWM or from EWM only.
o Deliv.Chg. Checkbox - ERP can change delivery after distribution - This checkbox enables
the SAP S/4HANA system to change a delivery while it is already being processed by the
SAP EWM system.

ERP - EWM INTEGRATION
In this Customizing activity, you generate the distribution model that determines how objects are
transferred from a central SAP S/4HANA system to one or more SAP EWM systems by qRFC. These
objects include inbound deliveries, outbound deliveries, and production material requests.

Custodian
Business partner that stores, manages, or further processes stock for another business partner without
transfer of title. The holder only maintains effective possession of the stock, whereas the owner maintains
legal possession. The holder of stock inventory must not be confused with its owner.

Use
In this IMG activity, you can copy all warehouse-number-dependent entries in Customizing tables into a
new warehouse number. Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) determines the Customizing tables
using the foreign key dependencies for the warehouse number. However, EWM does not copy the number
range intervals. Afterwards, you must assign the new warehouse number to a supply chain unit. On
launchpad, choose Extended Warehouse Management -> Settings -> Assignments: Warehouse
Numbers/Business Partners.
Note
You can also transport entries of a warehouse number. Here, all entries that are found for the chosen
warehouse number are transported. This may cause settings that have already been changed in the target
system to be overwritten. If you have already made changes in the target system, we recommend that you
avoid triggering a transport.

o Avail. Grp
The availability group is an attribute of a stock type and represents a storage location linked to a
warehouse.
o Select role
This parameter can be used for storage types of a certain stock type (for example, stock for
scrapping) to automatically change the stock type of the stock that is moved into this storage type
