    IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of £6,000.00 GDP, inclusive of all sales taxes, paid by bank

    ‘Seller’), SELLS AND DELIVERS to Samuel Johnson of Hammersmith (the ‘Purchaser’), the

    The Seller warrants that (1) the Seller is the legal owner of the Vehicle (2) the Vehicle is free
    from all liens and encumbrances; (3) the Seller has full right and authority to sell and transfer the
    Vehicle; and (4) the Seller will warrant and defend the title of the Vehicle against any and all
    claims and demands of all persons.

    The Vehicle is being sold in an ‘as is’ condition and the Seller expressly disclaims all
    warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of
    merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, the Seller expressly disclaims any
    warranty as to the condition or working order of the Vehicle The Seller does not assume, or
    authorise any other person to assume on behalf of the Seller, any liability in connection with the
    sale of the Vehicle. The Seller’s above disclaimer of warranties does not, in any way, affect the
    terms of any applicable warranties from the manufacturer of the Vehicle.

    The Purchaser has been given the opportunity to inspect the Vehicle or to have it inspected and
    the Purchaser has accepted the Vehicle in its existing condition. This Bill of Sale will be
    construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Country of England.

    SIGNED, SEALED AND DELIVERED by Michael Smith in the presence of the below named
    Solicitor, the effect of the above-written bill of sale having been explained by me to Michael
    Smith before the execution of it, this 25th day of January 2019.

    Most legal jurisdictions require that the Seller state the Mileage upon transfer of
    ownership. Failure to complete or providing a false statement may result in fines and/or
    imprisonment.
