As between the Parties, the Employer shall retain the copyright and other
intellectual property rights in the Employer’s requirements ad other
documents made by (or on behalf of) the Employer. The Contractor may,
at is cost, copy, use and obtain communication of these documents for the
purposes of the Contract.

Contractor shall submit the proposed submission schedule for approval by
the Employer after the completion of the detailed design.

(e)The Employer shall also obtain or grant all consents including permits to

2.1Right of Access to the Site 现场进入权
The Employer shall give the Contractor right of access to, and possession
of, all or part of the Site within the time (or times) stated in the Contract
Data. The right and possession may not be
exclusive to the Contractor. If, under the Contract, the Employer is required
to give the Contractor possession of any foundation, structure, plant or
means of access, the Employer shall do so in the time and manner stated
in the Employer’s Requirements. However, the Employer may withhold
any such right or possession until the Performance Security has been
received.

be entitled subject to Sub-Clause 20.1[Contractor’s Claims] to:

The Employer shall provide, at the request of the Contractor, such
reasonable assistance as to allow the Contractor to obtain:

Assistants shall be suitably qualified persons, who are competent to carry
out these duties and exercise this authority, and who are fluent in the
language for communications defined in Sub-Clause 1.4 [Law and

Representative, who shall promptly confirm, reverse or vary the
determination or instruction.

The Contract Completion Certificate shall not be issued until the
Contractor has removed any remaining Contractor’s Equipment, surplus
material, wreckage, rubbish and Temporary Works from the Site which are
no longer required. The Contractor shall leave the Site and Works in a
clean and safe condition.

如果承包商意识到其财务状况发生变化,并且该变化严重影响其根据合同完成义务
的能力,承包商应立即向业主发出通知并附详细细节。在收到此通知的28天之内
,业主应告知承包商其将采取什么行动和/或业主要求承包商采取什么行动。
在任何情况下,承包商应向业主提交每年的审计报告。
