    Notes:
    -Kindly be informed that the grading of each subject includes quizzes, short evaluations, oral evaluations, classwork, projects, homework, and
    books. Students should bring their books, according to their agenda (classwork and homework due date) to avoid missing marks.
    - The student’s Art mark is graded according to the student’s discipline, coloring and crafting tasks and the availability of all art tools.
    - The student’s PE mark is graded according to the student’s participation, team spirit, discipline and uniform.
    - The student’s French mark is included in the student’s average starting this academic year. Lecture (Oral reading), dictee (dictation), quiz,
    homework, and books are counted in the French mark
    Dear Parents, for Spelling Bee Competition check the words on classera note that the first round will be held from
    January 14,2024 until January 18,2024 .

    - Important Note:
    Students are requested to submit their projects and assignments according to the due date mentioned in the agenda.
    The delay in submitting them will cause mark deduction.

    Kindly take into consideration that there is no make up for missing evaluations. The notification for the make up
    of any quiz will be sent via Classera’s platform from the teacher to the student’s account.
    The mark of the make up quiz is counted for excused absences only.
    The mark of the missing evaluation will not be considered as zero for excused absences only . Medical reports are
    required for any excuse .
