Report
The meeting started at 11:00 am held in Assistant School Principal’s Office. Dr. Sofia
D. Tumambing our OIC- Assistant School Principal (Academic) that the Master Teacher
should give a follow up schedule for those teachers who did not do their demonstration
teaching yet. On the other hand, she also mentioned that the submission of Weekly Lesson
Plan should be every Tuesday of the week. We also discussed the Planning of Remediation
Class. She reiterates that no students will be failed for each subject. In order for them to
pass, they need to remediate according to DepEd Order. There is a schedule to follow in
conducting remediation week starting January 20 to February 10, 2023. Master Teachers
should have their own subject area to facilitate the remediation week.
Mrs, Rachelle Serrano and Mr. Erick Serrano our Master Teachers who are assigned
for Research subject. Ma’am Serrano also mentioned that there should be an open
communication per subject teacher and the students who no longer in school. Those
students who are no longer in school should need to provide certification coming from the
parents. Advisers also be responsible for the updated list of their advisory class.

Mrs. Leonie C. Reyes who is our OIC- Assistant School Principal (Operation) that a
letter should be certify coming from the parents who are no longer their sons and daughters
in school. According to Dr. Tumambing, that the STEM Strand should not have a grade lower
than 84. They need to evaluate the grades of the students in Science and Mathematics who
enrolled in STEM Strand. For the dismission of the observation for demonstration teaching,
Master Teacher should observe for the assign subject given to them. Mrs. Reyes reiterate that
if there is no Master Teachers available for that particular subject, Head Teacher from Junior
High School will help in order to facilitate the demonstration observation of teachers. Dr.
Sofia also mention that she is capable to facilitate the demonstration observation when it
comes to Mathematics subject.
For the Strategic Plan in Grade 12 for the month of January is assigned to Ma’am
Rachelle Serrano for the proposal topic. On the other hand, Ma’am Isaac is assigned in
Testing Coordinator for Senior High School given by Dr. Tumambing.
The following dates are given for the implementation of the given activities:
January 10 – February 10, 2023- Remediation Week for students,
January 19, 2023- Submission of TOS and Test Questionnaires,
January 20, 2023- Printing of Test Paper,
February 3, 2023- End of Semester,
February 6-10, 2023- Semestrial Break,
February 13, 2023- Start of Second Semester.
Other matters:
Subject Loads for Second Semester are already prepared,
Immersion and Homeroom for Adviser only,
Project and Program should be level up for each strand,
Culmination Activity for the Gas Strand.
The meeting ended at 12:10 pm.
