I. OBJECTIVES
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
1. Knowledge
- List words/phrases related to ecology and the environment.
- Use words/phrases related to ecology and the environment.
- Practice and learn vocabulary for environment: ban, reduce, reuse, recycle, polute, protect,
damage.
2. Competences
+ General competences:
- Develop independent thinking skills.
- Develop collaborative skills (through pair work and groupwork)
- Develop synthesizing skills and problem-solving skills through doing the tasks in the lesson.
+ Linguistic competences:
- Pronounce new words correctly.
3. Attitudes/Qualities:
- Raise awareness and responsibility for developing environmentlly-friendly.
II. TEACHING AIDS
1. Teacher: Textbook, board, chalk, laptop, projectors, and pictures about ecology and the
environment.
2. Students: textbooks, workbooks, pens, pencils…

1. Objectives: Ss will be able to predict and demonstrate some information about the
topic of the lesson and raise Ss awareness of the topic and get them ready for the lesson.
