The following subscription plans are available for
motors, pumps and general machinery:
• Pay-per-use fleet contract:
Pay-per use* quarterly, without minimum contract
duration. The subscription is automatically assigned
to every ABB Ability Smart Sensor in your organiza-
tion, making it easy to activate.
• Prepaid subscription:
One-time payment subscription available for 1 year,
2 years or 5 years. A voucher with a code activates
one ABB Ability Smart Sensor.

ABB Ability Smart Sensor
Purchase the ABB Ability Smart Sensor

Contact your local ABB representative to buy the Smart Sensor hardware.
Visit www.abb.com/smartsensor.
Access ABB Ability Marketplace

Access ABB Ability Marketplace (https://eu.marketplace.ability.abb/home)
and fill in the required information to log in.
Choose your condition monitoring subscription plan

Use the solution cluster menu to find the desired application under ‘Condition
Monitoring’ and choose a subscription plan. If you choose pay-per-use fleet
contract, you need to enter the name of the Smart Sensor organization during
the purchasing process.
Purchase confirmation
After selecting your desired subscription model, billing period and payment
type, you will receive the purchase confirmation.
Activate subscription
Pay-per-use fleet contract:
The subscription is automatically assigned to every ABB Ability Smart Sensor
that is commissioned in your organization. In case an ABB Ability Smart Sensor
is active with a prepaid subscription, the pay-per-use fleet contract will start
after the expiration of your prepaid subcription.
Prepaid subscription:
You will receive a voucher with a code for the purchased subscription plan.
To activate it, just scan the code from the voucher with the ABB Ability Smart
Sensor Platform app.
Start monitoring your assets

You can access the ABB Ability Digital Powertrain condition monitoring solution
via the ABB Ability Digital Powertrain web portal (https://powertrain.abb.com/
conditionmonitor) or ABB Ability Smart Sensor Platform app.
