Dear Mr S shankhari
Following your application, we have paid you £4,386.51. We have sent the money
to your bank or building society, and it should be available within the next 10
working days.
If you asked for your payment by cheque, you should receive it within the next 10
working days.
We may make separate payments to you for other parts of your claim, such as
redundancy pay, holiday pay and arrears of pay. Each time we make a payment,
we will send you a new letter.
Payment explanation
We have calculated your payments based on your weekly rate of pay. If you were
not paid weekly, we calculated what you would be paid for a working week.
All calculations are based on the information provided by you and by the
insolvency practitioner handling your former employer's insolvency.
Your weekly rate of pay has been confirmed as £580.00 per week.
13 Payment Advice
There are legal limits to how much we can pay you for your weekly rate of pay. If
your weekly rate of pay is higher than this we will cap your payment.
More information about how we work out your weekly rate of pay and the
restrictions on what we can pay is available at www.gov.uk/insolvency-service/
your-redundancy-payment.
Redundancy pay
CAMDEN TOWN CLUBS LTD made you redundant on 5 January 2023
You were 29 and had 8 years service when you were made redundant. This means
you are entitled to 7.5 weeks redundancy pay.
We can only pay you for days you have accrued so far during your current annual
leave year. If you’re only part way through your annual leave year we can't pay you
your full yearly holiday entitlement.
More information about how we calculated the days you are owed is available on
GOV.UK at www.gov.uk/insolvency-service/your-redundancy-payment.

Total net entitlement £4,386.51
Minus money owed to your employer -£0.00
Total amount you will receive in this payment £4,386.51
If you’re waiting for a payment not listed above, we will be contacting you
separately about this. You do not need to contact us.
Payment deductions
We have to deduct tax and National Insurance from your payments, except for
redundancy pay and basic awards. Information about these rates can be found at
www.gov.uk/insolvency-service/your-redundancy-payment.
If you think you should have been taxed less than this, you can request a refund
from HMRC at the end of the tax year: www.gov.uk/claim-tax-refund.
If you think your payment is incorrect, please contact the insolvency practitioner
in the first instance to check the information you have provided to us against their
records.
If you made a mistake on your application, please complete the following form
to amend your claim: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/amend-your-
redundancy-claim.
You have the right to make a claim to an employment tribunal if you think you have
been paid the wrong amount.
Yours sincerely
