    EXAMINATION FOR RECOGNITION OF 'COMPETENT PERSON'

    UNDER SMPV (U) RULES, 2016 & PETROLEUM RULES, 2002


    As per lhe SMPV(U) Rules, 2016 framed under Explosives Act , 1884 & Petroleum rules, 20_02 framed under
    the Petroleum Acl 1934, a .provision has been made for conducling examinalion for "Recogrnt,on of Competent
    Person" by lhe Cenlral Government. Government if India has authorized National Produclivity Council (NPC)
    to conduct this examination; ·
    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR COMPETENT PERSON UNDER PETROLEUM RULES, 2002:

    EXAMINATION FEE : Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand only). Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable
    under any circumstances in future.
    EXAMINATION SCHEME:
    Part I - Separate ONLINE TEST for competent person under Petroleum Rules, 2002 and SMPV (U) Rules, 2016.
