After hearing all sides of a story, I make an unbiased decision about its veracity. My
quest for the truth requires a thorough understanding of the context, the players,
the issue, and the chain of causation. The next step is for me to assess the data I
collect in light of that knowledge. Here is where I'll need to apply my analytical
skills. Even though the people involved are close, you should not be biased toward
