AND CORE VALUES
Introduction
This reflection paper talks about the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA .A university with
ultimate vision into being a premier school invoking their core values by providing quality of education
to its people.
The UNIVERSITY OF PERPETUAL HELP SYSTEM DALTA is dedicated to the development of the Filipino as
a leader. It aims to graduate dynamic students who are physically, intellectually, socially and spiritually
committed to the achievement of the highest quality of life.
The mission of school is very ideal,to become a “Helper of God” is really a vital ingredient to
nation building.Community helping each other progressively rise above from the
others.Building their student to become concern with and committed to social activities shall
make it pivotal for a community to deal with current social issues and concerns.Likewise ,the
provision of quality education in times like this where we were just started after the
tremendous effect of pandemic is a worthy mission.After many challenges that we faced in
education sector even before COVID-19 hit our country,we really need schools who offer good
education to our children .Offering a quality education will mold every student to become
empowered,independent,competent and Christian centered individual.
The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA shall emerge as a premier university in the
Philippines. . It foresees the Filipino people enjoying a quality of life in abundance, living in peace, and
building a nation that the next generation will nourish, cherish, and value.
The vision of the school reflects its mission in producing nation builders,good Christians and competent
individual. As catalyst of human development, it shall joyfully witness the Christian faith by reaching out
the needy and marginalized members of the community through works of charity and development.It
shall also build or support a community by forming and strengthening small religious organizations.I
see it as the schools taking the lead and participating in community building providing an oppurtunities
in building vibrant Christian community, instills in the faith and pride in the national culture and respect
for other cultures. It shall develop in the individual the responsible citizenship and leadership skill.In
pursuing academic excellence, the school shall develop and support their faculty and staff in their
pursuit of holistic growth as persons, learners, and scholars in their field of specializations. The school

shall also provide opportunities for the continuous development in all students desirable values and
character traits by providing avenues of learning ensuring the formation of good character.
The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA believes and invokes Divine Guidance in the
betterment of the quality of life through national development and transformation, which are
predicated upon the quality of education of its people.
To responsibly take in community building,the school provides oppurtunities for everyone to embody
Christian discipleship ,be actively involved in building vibrant Christian communities and develop
responsible citizenship and leadership skills.The school shall provide oppurtunities that enhances the
students wellbeing such as student development and welfare programs.In building”Helpers Of God” it
shall create an environment that has open communication to promote trust and support among its
member and increases personnel enthusiasm and satisfaction.
The schools core values are the following;

The core values of this school is rooted in their mission by molding individual to become “Helpers of
God”.It shows that the school value the God,family,their people.It is also evident that the primary goal
of the school is to provide good leaders who are competent and Christian centered individual.In pursuit
of academic excellence ,it is helping its students to attain the highest level of competence by providing
quality education,oppurtunities for them to develop their talents and skills while inculcating the value of
humility and good citizenship.
Conclusion
University of Perpetual Help System DALTA a premier school building academic excellence through
quality of education, supports Christians community and nourish students capacity to become globally
competetetive,good leader and a Nation Builder.
