INTELLIGENT BANK LOCKER SECURITY

ABSTRACT:

The Intelligent Bank Locker Security project is an advanced system that leverages
cutting-edge technologies to enhance the security and efficiency of bank locker facilities. This
system integrates artificial intelligence, biometrics, and smart sensors to provide a robust and
intelligent security infrastructure, ensuring the protection of valuable assets stored in bank
lockers.

Biometric Access Control: The system utilizes biometric authentication, such as fingerprint, iris,
or facial recognition, to grant access to bank lockers. This advanced security measure ensures
that only authorized individuals can access the locker facilities.

Behavioral Analytics: Intelligent algorithms analyze user behavior patterns during locker access,
identifying anomalies or suspicious activities. Unusual access patterns trigger alerts for further
investigation, enhancing security against unauthorized access attempts.

Smart Surveillance System: High-resolution cameras and intelligent video analytics are deployed
to monitor the locker area in real-time. The system can detect and alert security personnel about
any suspicious activities, ensuring a proactive response to potential security threats.

RFID Technology: Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is implemented to track the movement

of lockers and record their status. This technology helps in real-time monitoring of locker usage,
providing insights into occupancy and availability.

Remote Monitoring and Control: Security administrators can remotely monitor the locker facility
through a centralized control system. This allows for immediate response to security incidents,
enabling proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Machine Learning for Threat Detection: Machine learning algorithms continuously learn from
patterns of locker usage and security incidents. This enables the system to adapt and improve its
threat detection capabilities over time, staying ahead of emerging security challenges.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Dual authentication methods, combining biometrics with PIN
or smart card access, add an extra layer of security. This ensures that even if one authentication
factor is compromised, the locker remains secure.

Emergency Response Integration: The system is integrated with emergency response protocols,
automatically triggering alarms and notifying relevant authorities in case of security breaches or
unauthorized access. This feature enhances the overall safety of the bank locker facility.

Tamper Detection and Prevention: Sensors are deployed to detect any tampering or unauthorized
attempts to access the locker system. Immediate alerts are sent, and automated mechanisms can
be activated to prevent further tampering.

User-Friendly Interface: Despite the advanced security measures, the system maintains a user-
friendly interface for customers. It ensures a seamless and convenient experience while accessing
bank lockers, fostering customer satisfaction.
MODULES

 User Modules
 Banker Modules
 Sub-Banker Module

User Modules

In this project user is those who have a locker in the bank. With the help of a locker, the number
users can see the details of lockers.

Banker Modules

Dashboard: In this section, Banker briefly views the active and inactive assigned lockers.
Sub-Banker: In this section, banker manage the sub-banker(Add/Update/Delete).
Locker-Type: In this section, the banker manage the locker type(Add/Update/Delete).
Assign Locker: In this section, bankers assign the locker to customers or users by providing
unique locker numbers and key numbers of lockers through locker numbers users or customers
can view the details of their locker.
Reports: In this section, two reports are available.
 B/w Dates Report: Banker can view a number of assigned lockers in particular periods.
 Search Report: Bankers can search locker details by using Locker Number/Key Number.
Pages: In this Section, Admin can manage the content of the about us and contact us pages.
Account Settings:
 Profile: In this section, admin can update his/her profile.
 Change Password: In this section, admin can change his/her own passwords
 Logout: Through this button admin can log out.

Sub-Banker Module

Sub- Banker and Banker features are the same except Sub-Banker creation. Sub-Banker can’t
create the Sub-Banker.
