    SCOPE OF WORKS:
    1.0. Supply of pertinent labor, generator controller, tools, materials, appurtenances and consumables for
    the enginering design of Generator Controller rehabilitation project.
    2.0. The scope includes the mobilization, demobilization, accommodation, test and commissioning of
    generator controller.
    3.0. Submit test report and as built diagram.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS


    1.0 Services
    1.1 JE & Rejtech Corporation shall deliver goods and perform all services under the direction of an experienced and
    competent sales,supervisor or manager.
    1.2 All request, reports, invoices and other related documentation shall be considered as confidential information of the
    Client and shall not be distibuted without the consent of the client.
    2.0 Exclusion of Scope
    2.1 A 220vac power supply during project duration.
    3.0 Warranty
    3.1 One(1) year warranty.
    4.0 Client Responsibilities
    4.1 Client shall provide information pertinent to the supply of services.
    4.2 Client shall review the documentation provided by JE & Rejtech Corporation and give timely responses for the orderly
    progression of work.
    4.3 The Client may inspect and test any goods and services at any time and the Client may reject and return the goods if
    proven defective at JE & Rejtech Corporation's expense.
    5.0 Delivery Lead Time
    5.1 Estimated 6-8 weeks delivery of equipment & 7 days project execution after the receipt of the following:
    .1 Purchase Order
    .2 Down Payment
    6.0 Mobilization
    61. After the receipt of P.O., DP, and confirmed schedule.
    7.0 Terms of Payment
    7.1 Fifty percent (50%) of the total P.O. as down payment.
    7.2 Fifty percent (50%) of the total P.O. after implementation
    8.0 Quote Validity
    8.1 Quotation is Valid for 30 days from the date of submission of this offer , there shall be subject for reconfirmation.

    9.0 Cancellation and Change of Order


    9.1 Any Changes or modification requested by Client, to volume, materials, quality, shipping, delivery, scope of works,
    specification., must be expressly agreed into writing, JE & Rejtech Corporation hereby reserves the right, under its sole
    discretion, to adjust the price of Goods affected by Client's request.
    9.2 If cancellation is necessary Customer shall agree to pay 30% of the total amount of Purchase Order as cancellation fee.

    10.0 Limitation of Liability


    10.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Agreement or any attachment thereto, JE & Rejtech
    Corporation's total aggregate liability for any and all claims, cost, expenses, penalties or damage arising under the
    Agreement, shall in no event exceed the total Purchase Order.
    11.0 Others
    11.1 Upon the issuance of Purchase Order/Contract the Client agrees all the terms and condition stated herein.
